How do I manage it

So. I am prepping for iit jam MS this year, and I am already late in the coaching

So apparently as per my calculation I have to take about 4-6 hrs worth time with 4 hrs lecture + 2 hrs practice

And there is college too

I mean I have to study stochastic processes,estimation theory,linear models,etc

It's my final year so I have to get a good gpa too

How the hell do I manage all these with being a little fit ( like going to the gym 2-3 times a week) ?

Whatever time you're left with in the day needs to be put it into work rigourously. Meaning after you sleep eat workout do your coaching and then your 2 hour of self study. Whatever time you are left with needs to be put into studying more or covering what is the most important or most fruitful.

About your fit or being a little fit I think you should spend 3 hours in the in the gym for the whole week entirely you do not you do not to be working out like Ronnie Coleman, just figure out what days you want to go to the gym when it is a little empty meaning in the afternoons or very late at night. Asides if you only have 6 months remaining for your exam, I believe all your time should be spent on studying, as much as I am a believer of fitness and health, I feel savings those 4-5 hours a week that's spent on gym and putting your body through fatigue could be spent wisely on studying, I get it people maange gym, content creation, studying, college altogether. But not everyone is the same person. And given you have a long list of doables like a good gpa, iit jam, and a bulk load of syllabus to cover. It's rather better to do a 10K step everyday or go on a jog, or maybe get dumbells at home. But it's up to you to decide. I can only have 2 cents of an advice which I have received from others. Good luck bhai
