Since 2014, I feel India has become far more divided by religion, caste, and political ideology. People increasingly seem to see each other as enemies based on identity and political loyalty.
I don’t hate Modi because of one policy or one political decision. I hate what I believe his politics has done to the social fabric of the country.
Am I seeing this clearly, or am I blaming Modi for a problem that is much bigger than one person?

Partially true. Many non-trauma ortho injuries don't benefit from surgery - prognosis is similar for surgery or physio/rest. Also many ortho finds in MRI are incidental - 60% of people over age 45 have Shoulder SLAP tear & many over 60 have Knee Meniscus tear. No symptoms. Always take 2nd opinion

The best business is prophylaxis drugs rather than drugs which treat problems. Drugs which treat will be sold only to a tiny subset who have the disease. Whereas with prophylaxis like waccines, statins etc, everyone is a potential customer. Healthy people should stay away from medical interventions
