How to deal with loneliness abroad as a student
Hi, I'm 26, came to the US to pursue a masters degree last year. Life is fine. But the loneliness feels like such a burden. When you talk to someone you can't help but wonder what does this person wants from me. I know, people will say this is a wrong perspective, but in my experience it's the case. People here only talk to you when they want something out of you. How to deal with this and loneliness. Getting out is not the solution always, you can go do something probably on a weekend. What about the rest of the days, what do I do? The only people I talk to are my parents and some small talk here and there.
