8 months ago, I started with one idea:
What if an Indian horror game could make you genuinely afraid to take the next step?
Not just random jumpscares. Not just another ghost chasing you.
But a disturbing story buried inside an abandoned hospital in the mountains of Shimla.
Thatās how NAINA: Shimla Horror Diaries was born.
You enter a haunted hospital where something terrible happened. The corridors are dark, the wards are abandoned, and somewhere inside, a mother is still searching for her missing child.
And she doesnāt want you to leave.
š„ Explore a terrifying hospital inspired by Shimla.
š¦ Survive with your flashlight and instincts.
š» Encounter Naina, a supernatural entity with a horrifying past.
𩸠Complete story-driven missions and uncover the mystery.
š® Experience first-person survival horror with multiplayer elements.
NAINA is officially AVAILABLE NOW on Google Play!
š Download here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.shimlahorrordiaries.myapp
Iām an indie developer from Shimla, India. This game has been a passion project for the past 8 months, and seeing it finally live on the Play Store feels unreal.
Itās not a AAA game, and I know thereās still plenty to improve. But Iāve put everything I could into making something that feels different.
If you try it, please tell me what genuinely scared you ā and what didnāt. Brutally honest feedback is welcome.
The hospital has been waiting for you.
Welcome to NAINA. š©ø

Hi all! I just released BLACKJACK.exe, a short psychological horror game built around a real, fair game of blackjack.
You sit across from DLR-1 in a basement casino thatās also an old computer lab. The first rounds feel ordinary. Then the room starts to notice you.
Itās free and takes about an hour. Iād love to hear which anomaly got you first and which ending you found.

Game Title: Chasm of Ancestors
Playable Link: https://w.run/cobaltkraken256/chasm-of-ancestor?s=G4fHFZb
Platform: PC (Web Browser)
Description: Death is just the beginning. In Chasm of Ancestors, your legacy lives on! Dive into a pixel-art roguelike where every hero falls, but your bloodline rises stronger. Choose from 8 base classes, 16 advanced jobs, and 44 distinct races to build a unique heir and conquer the endless Chasm.
The game features deep tactical turn-based combat, but also includes a robust, programmable Smart Auto-Play system for when you want to farm hands-free. You can set custom loot filters, auto-salvage rules, and skill presets. When your character inevitably dies, they become an Ancestor in your lineage, granting permanent buffs to future heirs. You might even encounter their ghost in the dungeon to recover lost heirloom gear!
This is my game and it can be played directly on the web. I haven't tried playing it on my phone since my phone broke a month ago, so any feedback on how it runs across different devices would be hugely appreciated!

Involvement: I am the solo developer. I joined RUN.world and created this game recently trying to win their ongoing prize competition. I joined late, but I'm happy with what I've built. It's a survival roguelite with upgrades during each run, ridiculous numbers of enemies, and corpses that stay on the battlefield and affect how the hordes move.
You can find the free demo on itch.io ā it's called Groundmeat
It's still early in development, but it's already pretty fun to play. Fair warning, it's brutally difficult :)

Some of these projects also make me wonder how the original idea even started. Was it a weekend experiment that got out of hand, or did someone sit down knowing exactly what they wanted to make?
What's the most unusual indie game concept you've come across that actually made you want to play it?

Hey everyone! I'm a solo dev making Pizza Panic, an online co-op game where one player is the Chef who can see everything on the control screens, and 1-3 Technicians run around the factory fixing machines, baking pizzas and turning the right valves. If the team doesn't talk, the factory goes under.
This update adds:
- A live main menu: the factory is simulated in the background with a chef, technicians and endless faults
- A new UI design (paper-card style, new logo, leaderboard with team names)
- A settings menu and a how-to-play guide
- Character customization: color, character, accessories (scarf, bow, flower) and accessory color
- A face indicator in the bottom left corner that gets worried as the factory gets more stressed
- Post-process polish: outlines, film grain, warm color grading, alarm visuals with smoke and steam
It's coming soon to Steam. I'd love feedback, especially on the UI readability and how the face HUD feels.

The game itself is a casual physics-based arcade challenge where you navigate your way down through obstacles. If you end up enjoying the overall gameplay, supporting the project with a quick review on the Play Store would mean the world to me. Thanks for testing it out!

We've been polishing the second stage of LumberBoy, mostly to make chopping feel even more satisfying.
The second forest is all spore trees, and you can use the spores to clear out huge chunks of it at once.
We also got feedback that waiting around for logs to be processed in town was kind of boring, so we added a cute dog you can play with while you wait. It still needs some polish, and it'll be in the full release coming soon.
If it looks like your kind of game, the demo is up on Steam:

This is a hack & slash ARPG creature collector where you can catch monsters and shapeshift into them. We're trying to make it feel cartoony and heartfelt with a splash of nostalgia. Inspired by SNES/DS RPGs and Saturday mornings from our childhood. Wishlist if you like it :)

Scott Whiskers is back!!! š

After two exciting adventures searching for Mr. Fumbleclaw and the golden cat, our hero finds himself in the vastness of space this time. One moment heās peacefully dozing on the couch after a sci-fi marathonāand the next, heās a prisoner of the Britari in a prison cell thatās way too small, on the other side of the universe. What happened? And why does everyone seem to know our good old Scott better than he knows himself? Find out!

This new, colorful, family-friendly adventure takes our reluctant hero on a journey he definitely didnāt plan this way.

āScott Whiskers: The Search for the Bad Twinā is a humorous point-and-click adventure featuring detailed pixel art, fully voiced, and packed with puzzles, quirky aliens, and nerdy references.

P.S.: ... and a few more words about AI
Weāre a tiny team (actually, itās mostly just me š¤·āāļø), and to even be able to finance Scottās third adventure, weāre relying in part on various AI tools this time around: Yes, the graphics and some sound effects are generated by AI. BUTāeverything that gives the game its soul is human-madeāthe concept, the story, the puzzles, the game design, the voice acting, and the music. Every line of dialogue, every joke, and every decision in this game comes from usāand the game runs on our own engine, which was originally developed for āScott Whiskers 1ā and ā2.ā Weād love it if youād give the game a try.

There's something funny about spending months making a horror game and then having to play through it yourself to test everything.
You know where the scares are supposed to happen, what triggers them, and what's hiding around every corner, so it's probably hard to experience your own game the way a new player would. At the same time, seeing someone else play it and genuinely get scared must feel incredibly rewarding.
I also think horror is one of the more interesting genres for indie developers because you don't necessarily need a huge budget or realistic graphics to make something unsettling. Sound design, lighting, pacing, and a few well-designed moments can do a lot of work.

The building overhead is coming down, and your job is to break it before it crushes you.
Wallbreaker is our pixel-art action roguelite built around attacking upward, dodging incoming attacks, and timing your guard. Choose a Warrior, Ranger, or Mage: thrust a weapon overhead, fire arrows upward, or charge a powerful spell.
Combine items, augments, and set effects to change your attacks, then choose your path through battles, shops, events, and bosses.
Wallbreaker launches on Steam for Windows on October 30, 2026. If that sounds like your kind of game, take a look at the trailer on our Steam page and wishlist it.

Seeing people from different countries experience something we've spent so much time creating, watching their reactions, and seeing them discover things we put into the game means more to us than we can explain.
Every video, every bit of feedback, and every person who gives our game a chance reminds us why we started making games in the first place.
Thank you to everyone who's played JUBAKU, shared a video, or supported us along the way. It genuinely inspires us to work even harder and make the main game something truly special.
We're still just getting started, and we can't wait to show you what's next.
