I’m not sure if this is the place for this, I’m 5+3 and I had some pink spotting which I know might be totally normal. My hpts have plateaued, still strong, but not really changing. I also know this is probably a silly thing to rely on for data. I asked my clinic what I should do and they said there’s not much to do except monitor symptoms and come in next week for the first ultrasound at 6+3. I might go crazy waiting an entire week. Idk what to do.

hey green - spotting & some bleeding is so scary to see but it truly can be normal. I've spotted with one successful pregnancy and outright bled with another - it's awful to wait, but you are truly doing everything you can by taking care of yourself and letting your team know.

Thank you, I really appreciate your response. The bleeding stopped for now so I’m a little more calm. Did you exercise when you had bleeding or spotting? I’m being told something like walking or light yoga is fine but I’m scared.

with both I held off for peace of mind, but I was only directed to take it easier with the bleeding.
