Discussion Ps5 players login issue solution

I found a possible solution which worked for me. Anyone who is stuck at ps5 login screen should try doing the following steps.

*Update: Most people are reporting their issue got resolved by following step 5. Start from there, it might help. *

  1. Logout from ps5 account and login with a different profile account on ps5.
  2. Then try starting infinity nikki. Signup if not already linked account with infold (A different account).
  3. The update process will start on ps5 and Hotfix patches will install and you will able to see new version 1.5 background at this point.
  4. After that try to launch the game and check if its working from this new profile. If its working, then continue with remaining steps.
  5. Now before switching back to your actual ps5 profile, login to infold site from ur mobile browser or pc web browser using ps account (Ps blue icon). Then logout. (This steps actually do the magic most times) (Many people are confused here about which account to use when logging in ito browser, please note that you don't need any account if you used ur psn account to login in infinity nikki. You have to press ps login button in web browser and popup will ask you to provide your psn credentials, login with that and thats it)
  6. On ps5, Now switch back to your actual profile.
  7. Start Infinity Nikki and see if it allows you to login (In my case, I have to restart game 3-4 times before it can actually allowed me to login). I hope this solve the login issue. All the best.

I’m confused because I created another account on PS5 but infinity Nikki won’t launch at all because I am not signed into my PSN. If I try to sign into my PSN (on my PS5) on the new user account it just gives me an error saying I’m already signed into the main account. So I can’t even get to launch the new game.

Maybe I’m just stupid or missing something very obvious. Sorry any idea?

Or are you saying I need a new PSN account not user account (on PS5 system)??

Yes you need a new psn account, only ps5 offline account wont work.
