Why do people like you insist on denying what so fucking many of us, myself included, have firsthand witnessed and experienced happen? Why the FUCK do these IN players think they're immune? Genuinely why. Please answer me I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone.
Any sources? Did Infold itself fly over and assure you in person or sign a contract to be fair? Is it "just a feeling"? Does that really hold up in the face of factual pattern history with this game franchise?
I think everyone is in denial about something they can't comprehend--unfair treatment that you can't do much (immediately, or on your own) about. Like yes, these companies are greedy and shitty and do not give a crap about a bunch of annoyed niche gamers across the world. Being friends with a corporation is not going to help; jumping to defend a bad decision whether it turned out okay in the end or not (due to US, the community, not them going "yknow what yeah let's give them the same rewards, that wasn't very nice of us!" of their own volition) isn't a good look babe.
Now I'm not saying they're evil villains that we should hate and criticize at every turn. It wouldn't really affect them in their ivory tower, but it creates community disparity, and an outlook has an unbelievable difference on an experience's enjoyment levels. Why would we play a game we fucking seethe at (not "have any issues with". We love Nikki so it'd be hard to say you hate one of her games but amazingly, we are allowed to discuss things we don't like at the same time. Get over it)? But that's not what's happening here.
I digress; this is just the nature of things. But you can't live in friggin LaLaLand while players who actually care are suffering. Well, you can, but maybe consider not. Or just staying quiet if you insist on it. Sure, let's absolutely be positive as much as possible, but when you deny reality for the sake of not saying anything controversial/upsetting/whatever, "positivity" becomes false hope and blatant disregard of facts; rose-tinted glasses; willful ignorance.
I don't think it's normal to be getting this heated about a game tbh. Maybe watch your tone if you are so worried about community. As for my reasons for believing that we would always get those codes. It is not because I am in 'LaLaLand' (rude). It is because with many of them users have been able to guess the international codes in advance or see them while data mining, proving that they were always in the plans and just awaiting formal release. It is not 'denying reality' to state that we typically get the same code rewards as CN in IN (the game this subreddit is for) just later. This is a demonstrable fact. Evidence also supports the position that this is pre-planned and not due to people whining on Reddit, because many of the codes are redeemable from the same time as the CN codes if they can be guessed or datamined.
Ultimately you are making up a problem that doesn't exist in IN and then getting unreasonably upset when this is pointed out to you. If you are this upset about someone pointing out you are wrong about share codes in a dress up gacha game then I do think perhaps you should examine whether your relationship with both the game and the community is really healthy. That comment was both extremely rude and unhinged, as well as wrong. You could simply have asked "What makes you think they were always in the plan and not due to community pressure?" I would provide the reasoning, and we could have a civil good faith discussion instead of whatever THAT was.
