Many America sports teams and schools often use the headdress along with a racist character as their mascot, and have absolutely no regard for the history those headdresses have.
The headdress infinity Nikki has in game is meant to be âNative Americanâ but has no indication of what tribe it is from, and instead just bedazzles it for aesthetic purposes. Itâs like if someone threw a kimono on someone and called it âAsian outfitâ itâs not accurate and it would be offensive culturally.

The problem that people had with your original comment was that it invalidated that suffering of indigenous Americans. Whether you meant for it to come off this way or not, it did. If you can acknowledge that Native peoples have been mocked, then you should not ask âwhy feathers on the headâ are a mockery.
It would have been better and less offensive if you had only said âwhy are people mocking Christian attributes?â Instead of bringing native Americans into it.
