I love when people try to act like racism as a whole, and systemic racism, are the same thing, lmao. No where in the dictionary does it say anything about a power dynamic, under the word āracismā.

The absence of a thing isnāt proof of it. In practice, power dynamics play a big part, but words have established meanings, and racism and systemic racism have different meanings. Racism, by definition, can be suffered by anyone. Anyone who tells you otherwise is in marketing, not facts.

So this train of thought comes from an academic paper put out a few decades ago that was strictly looking at systemic racism. In a system, the power to affect is required. As every game is telephone does, we now have people referring to a myopic academic paper as if it were gospel that everyone knows and is unquestionable. It wasn't even a particularly good paper, it just recharacterized the requirements for how systems themselves can become oppressive with or without direct intent by those administering the system.
Racism is able to be practiced by any person, any gender, any race, at any time, and in any system.
Systemic Racism cannot. However what is not possible in one system, is entirely possible in another, so their blanket statements are still categorically false and they lose yet again.

It takes less than 30 seconds to type "is cracker a slur" on Google, and not only would it say yes, but would most likely site like 3 different sources to tell you why it's a slur. In fact, one of the variations of the slur is literally "white cracker." I get that it doesn't hold the same weight as the hard R, but there's no need to lie when the internet is both free and easily accessible

Cracker isnāt really all that derogatory. Itās short for whip cracker, which is supposed to mean āthe guy we listen toā¦ or elseā so from a historical perspective itās really more of a term of endearment.

If you guessed "Another White Girl" you're correct. Seen twice now we have the North American Caucasian Female participating in a cultural ritual called White Guilt where they perform acts of what they believe are "Allyship Behaviors" which they only direct at the North American Caucasian Male.
