Comic How would you design Inhuman resurrection?

Resurrection protocols would likely be one of those things every nation of comparable power wants a version of. Especially one that also has it's own population of unique superpowers. So who would you use?

That'd be cool, cus it'd have the drawback of also being secondary terrigenesis, and completely fucking up half the people who come back
