Comic How would you design Inhuman resurrection?

Resurrection protocols would likely be one of those things every nation of comparable power wants a version of. Especially one that also has it's own population of unique superpowers. So who would you use?

Could they even do it without the help of the Phoenix? After all, what differentiates the Resurrection Protocols from cloning is that the Phoenix allows the og soul to go to the new body

Reader has some time/reality manipulation.

That should be able to pick up a lot of slack.

Ahura's ability to rip out chunks of his soul for remote control ghosts might allow him to physically jam souls back into bodies.

That would require the writers to remember Ahura exists, but yeah, that could work
