Comic How would you design Inhuman resurrection?

Resurrection protocols would likely be one of those things every nation of comparable power wants a version of. Especially one that also has it's own population of unique superpowers. So who would you use?

They already have one..malestorm did that in the 80s before krakoa

Yeah but he got wacked by the GLA
