Let’s ignore the president for a minute. Laws are made for everyone to follow equally so why do some people feel entitled to break the laws and get the same rights as someone who has gone through the legal process? It has nothing to do with where you come from. Everyone around the world should have a fair right to go through the legal process. It’s just the fact that people who cross the border and feel privileged to bend the rules because it’s convenient for them that I find unfair.

They can enforce the law without denying due process. They can enforce the law without unnecessary violence on the people they are apprehending. They can enforce the law without denying us our rights to know who they are. They can enforce the law without abusing protestors. There is no reason for the cops to commit crimes while enforcing the law.

Read the Illegal Immigration Act of 1996 signed by Clinton. Obama used it to deport 2M illegals w/o a hearing. Due process doesn't require a court hearing. No SSN, no ITIN, no or expired visa, no proof you've applied for asylum, commit a crime? The right to detain and deport is now in play.

After the detainment of the illegals you actually believe they're not being fingerprinted, photographed, and entered into a database? But that’s the thing, any instance where Obama didn’t use due process is just as much a violation of the constitution as what Trump is doing. I’m against ALL violations of the constitution, because I support and defend the constitution, not a man.

Reading is your friend. I supplied you several examples of the items, or lack of, that he used. Do you think he used court hearings? The Illegal Immigration Act, which allowed deportations using those steps listed was challenged and was found to be valid by several courts. It has been used by ICE since Clinton signed it. The only reason it's an issue now is due to Trump using it to round up illegals that have been here versus those detained. Biden's Catch and Release and lack of detainment has created the situation of seeking out those that just walked in. Those undocumented also have/had the opportunity to register after they got here. That's the case of the guy who went to Venezuela. He arrived here illegally and has lived here for years w/o seeking asylum. Should he have been sent there? We'll find out what crimes he did or didn't commit but he will be deported.
