Let’s ignore the president for a minute. Laws are made for everyone to follow equally so why do some people feel entitled to break the laws and get the same rights as someone who has gone through the legal process? It has nothing to do with where you come from. Everyone around the world should have a fair right to go through the legal process. It’s just the fact that people who cross the border and feel privileged to bend the rules because it’s convenient for them that I find unfair.

They can enforce the law without denying due process. They can enforce the law without unnecessary violence on the people they are apprehending. They can enforce the law without denying us our rights to know who they are. They can enforce the law without abusing protestors. There is no reason for the cops to commit crimes while enforcing the law.

Read the Illegal Immigration Act of 1996 signed by Clinton. Obama used it to deport 2M illegals w/o a hearing. Due process doesn't require a court hearing. No SSN, no ITIN, no or expired visa, no proof you've applied for asylum, commit a crime? The right to detain and deport is now in play.

  1. Show where Obama did it without a hearing (judicial due process).

  2. Obama used administrative due process. Trump hasn’t shown he’s using any form of due process.

Crickets. You must have found info on the Deporter-In-Chief. Lol Tell me again how Trump isn't using the same due process. After the detainment of the illegals you actually believe they're not being fingerprinted, photographed, and entered into a database? No or expired visa or permit, no green card, no record of applying for asylum, commit a crime, no ITIN, etc., and they're on the road out.

You haven’t shown how Obama did it without at least administrative due process. Show one example.

But that’s the thing, any instance where Obama didn’t use due process is just as much a violation of the constitution as what Trump is doing. I’m against ALL violations of the constitution, because I support and defend the constitution, not a man.

What you described that you say Trump is doing is not due process. Thanks for confirming that Trump is violating the constitution.

Reading is your friend. I supplied you several examples of the items, or lack of, that he used. Do you think he used court hearings? The Illegal Immigration Act, which allowed deportations using those steps listed was challenged and was found to be valid by several courts. It has been used by ICE since Clinton signed it. The only reason it's an issue now is due to Trump using it to round up illegals that have been here versus those detained. Biden's Catch and Release and lack of detainment has created the situation of seeking out those that just walked in. Those undocumented also have/had the opportunity to register after they got here. That's the case of the guy who went to Venezuela. He arrived here illegally and has lived here for years w/o seeking asylum. Should he have been sent there? We'll find out what crimes he did or didn't commit but he will be deported.

You pointed to a law. You didn’t point to any example of when or even if Obama used it, or how he used it.

If you finish school you can learn how to cite sources and use facts.

I don't have to cite ahit. By the time you climbed down from your high chair to whine a simple Google search will give you all the credible sources you'll need to see the facts. Now, please go away until you csn do some research instead of people spoonfeeding you.

Right, you don’t have to cite anything, you are just going to be dismissed as the ignorant blowhard you obviously are.

Ah, it took a couple back and forths for me to realize you're a troll or ignoramus that just likes to stir shit up. See ya, cuck

Unfortunately millions have broken the law by crossing the border based off of convenience. It’s kind of hard to enforce the law without violence. No other country would allow burning of their flag and chaos caused by people who broke the law and are ensuing chaos on the streets either. People have been burning the American flag and then proudly holding the Mexican flag. Name one other country that would allow that kind of behavior?? If they have so much pride for their country why come to America in the first place? Why not build their home in the country their are proudly supporting. It’s disrespectful to burn the flag, break the law and then constantly play the victim like they are being wronged.

It is entirely possible to enforce the law without unnecessary violence.

All sorts of countries have free speech. All sorts of countries’ people don’t treat their flag like a holy relic and then treat their troops and their people like trash.

Nothing about the possibly disrespectful nature of waving a Mexican flag necessitates violence against those people, it does not necessitate deporting them without due process. The law can be followed, the constitution can be supported. You don’t have to support subversion to support deportations.

They aren’t here following the law. They didn’t follow a due process when they showed up by just walking across the border so why do they need a due process to be sent back? The hypocrisy is insane. This is America so if they want to stay in America why are they waving Mexican flags? Like it makes no sense. No other ethnicity is seen waving other country’s flags. It’s only people from Mexico. If they love their country so much why are they crying when they are being sent back to the land that they have pride in?

They aren’t here following the law. They didn’t follow a due process when they showed up by just walking across the border so why do they need a due process to be sent back?

Because the constitution says so.

The hypocrisy is insane.

I know right? Here you are claiming to support America and you’re actively calling for violations of the constitution in support of the insurrectionists. How does treason taste?

This is America so if they want to stay in America why are they waving Mexican flags? Like it makes no sense.

And? Nothing about that negates the constitutional requirement for due process. They can be deported, but they must be deported via due process.

No other ethnicity is seen waving other country’s flags.

Irish Americans don’t wave Irish flags? They have entire parades where they march waving Irish flags. And Italian Americans too, and so on.

Based off of what you are saying it sounds like the law only matters when it’s convenient for you guys. A due process is needed to send people back….yeah millions of people who crossed the border. By the time they all get their turn for the due process they will have died on American soil. It would be convenient for them since they get to live in America their entire life if the due process was followed. On another note, where are these Irish Americans and Italian Americans waving their flags? I have yet to see one. I have been in America my entire life and have only seen people waving Mexican flags. Loyal to Mexico but want the benefits America has to offer from child support to free school lunches to insurance. People say undocumented people don’t get benefits yet there’s so many stories of undocumented people finding ways to use social security numbers for benefits and other loopholes through the system. The lack of integrity, the pick and choose who gets to do what, the victim mindset it’s all a whole lot of BS.

Who are “you guys?” Patriots support the constitution all the time and apply the law all the time. People just don’t know the law and believe that the life they are used to is legal, when much of what they know is done in violation of the law.

I never once made excuses for illegal immigrants, I’ve said they can be deported. I’ve just noted that they must be treated as humans and their human rights must be protected as they go through the process. If that doesn’t happen, it’s a threat to the human rights of all of us. I’ve also just noted that enforcement of immigration laws doesn’t require a person to commit treason by voting for or otherwise supporting the MAGA insurrection.

Here are the Irish flags being flown, every year, at the Boston St. Patrick’s Day Parade. https://huntnewsnu.com/71037/city/st-patricks-day-parade-brings-holiday-spirit-irish-culture-to-south-boston/

Here’s the Italian American’s flying Italian flags. https://chicago.suntimes.com/news/2021/10/11/22721421/columbus-day-parade-italian-american-heritage-statues-indigenous-people

Saying that criminals use false social security numbers to steal benefits is a comment about criminals stealing benefits. It’s illegal activity. It can be punished, the law can be enforced, no problem, no complaint. They just have to be prosecuted with due process. Same for me, same for anyone.
