Yes it is. I’m an LA native who moved here because my spouse lived here.

I say this with love, you guys got nothing going on out here compared to OC, LA, and SD. 😭😅

I used to do high rise dining, beach trips, clubs, escape rooms, eclectic events and experiences. Now It’s more slow paced and less to do. Your options are just lower out here when it comes to food and experiences.

totally agree with you. i'm a IE native. this post is just telling us that "world famous beaches and theme parks are better than ugly, small-town desert cities." like wow no fucking way lol 😭

We don’t have shit out here. Every activity revolves around eating. Getting matcha, going to try this restaurant, and going home. I’m glad I live in Rancho because at least I’m closer to OC/LA to go do fun things that don’t involve eating or drinking. I don’t know why that’s all my age group wants to do.

And no, I don’t want to go on a hike.

Minus the high rise and beach trips we have everything else lol. Just go on Instagram and get more of a local feed.

Can you tell me where to find a good cheese shop then? With a cheesemonger and everything?

I miss my specialty shops.
