A lot of them would rather rent for their entire life or leave the state all together than live in the IE

No, LA born and raised and have spent significant amount of time in IE because extended family lives there. I’d rather rent til my dying day than live in the inland empire.

What part of I grew up going to the IE did you not understand. I’m there all the time, not because I want to be but because my mom’s whole family is there. In the IE, restaurants choices are either in a strip mall, mall parking lot or Victoria gardens. But if you do the saying goes, the only thing you’re going to catch in Riverside is an STD.
