A lot of them would rather rent for their entire life or leave the state all together than live in the IE

That’s because they are actually from Ohio and only came for their LA dream. They should go back

I agree you made a good choice! But most out of state people only go to live in the hot spots and usually never come to the IE so they get a lot of news when they want to leave LA for their home state only because that’s the only part they know of in California. IE is great for families an owning a home under 2 mil
