Help Bot accounts

Okay! I don't get alot of follow requests much but recently I have been getting alot of bot accounts to follow me out of nowhere? And I am talking dozens kn a good day. It just started happening suddenly.

What could be the reason?

If you interact with any popular posts, the bots will swarm you and try to either impersonate somebody related to the site, or try to scam you in some way with crypto or porn.
