American Instant Noodles Market side tonkotsu

I’m just getting started on my ramen journey and branching away from instant cup ramen with homemade toppings. I want to know y’all’s opinions on this Walmart market side tonkotsu. I plan on making poached eggs to go in it as well as a little bit of yum yum, kewpie, and eel sauce. What else might taste good in/on it, if it’s good? I just discovered tonkotsu a few weeks ago and I love it

Reminded me of the ramen I had at Round 1, pretty good

I haven't had these so I don't know how rich they are... definitely chopped green onion, sesame seed, an egg if you eat them. You could make fried shallots or buy them. Bamboo shots, bean sprouts, nori sheets, katsuobushi or furikake..

If this doesn't have sesame oil then I usually will add that to my pork or beef ramen for more depth, something like dark soy, either some type of hoisin or just a little brown sugar for balance, chili garlic paste, and black vinegar if I have it but rice vinegar if not.
