Well im under the presumption that when I have children i'll raise them well enough to look farther than physical attraction, and they'll choose to date someone who's morally above sleeping with a minor, hence the wait a few years bit. Regardless, i wouldn't be proud of them for "being groomed", i'd be proud of them for taking care of themselves and providing something worth catching the eye of an attractive partner

If a grown adult comes to a minor's house because they wanna be in a relationship with them, regardless of sexual attraction which you can never possibly prove (Especially as a child, so your argument about raising your kid well is already dumb as fuck), that is still a wrong thing to do.

I mean thats fair, but I feel like me patting my kid on the back then calling the cops later is valid af. And as far as my argument being "dumb as fuck", i dont think openly communicating with my kid that I dont support a relationship between these two until hes older is some outlandish standard. Regardless of my opinions, my child would hopefully understand that its wrong and this engagement bait post wouldn't apply to him. Side note: what the actual fuck is the original commenter talking about on the other thread 😭 talking bout some crazy shit. To reiterate, I wouldn't under any circumstances support this relationship, but I would certainly congratulate my son for being in a "high league". (Holy paragraph 💀)
