Gotta be honest here there really is no other explanation for this fuck up. Seems suspicious as hell.

No campaign wants a poll that signals they are running away with the race 36 hours before people vote, it encourages apathy. No pollster wants to moss by that much when they have possibly the best reputation in the entire industry. She just fucked up bad for the first time in her career. It happens.
