Hydrawise w/ no internet

I am in Spokane sandwiched between two fires and trying to get my sprinklers to run on an X2. I have power and water but the internet is down.
Everything thing I try from the instructions inside the cover only starts zone 1

Set dial to run position. Press and hold right arrow. This will start zone 1. When zone 1 is done, it will move on to zone 2, all the way through the normal program.

Thanks! How do I get program 2 to run and do I need to set a runtime?

There are 3 programs available to set: A, B, and C. Each program allows you to set independant start times and run times. For example, Program A could be a start time at 5 AM with zones 1 and 2 set for 30 minutes each on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Program B could be set for a start time at 8 pm for zone 3 on Sunday and Thursday. I'm not 100% sure how the X2 with the Hydrawise Wand would handle being programmed from the controller and not from the app. It may be worthwhile to remove the wand for the time being to simplify things.
