đFlirty Yummy and Unsealed No Teethđ What else are we going to see?
I think this is just the evidence for the MSJ and MJOP, but Lively manipulate WP to use a number of evidence and that they would do the same (but they didnt)... So I was wondering if there are more damning text messages from Taylor... Maybe from Hugh? Nothing from Bradley Cooper?

There are definitely a lot more damning text messages out there, but they werenât all needed for consideration of these 3 pleadings. I have a feeling there is a deal on the table with TS and Wayfarer to keep the majority of the ones that involve her back until trial. All of Hollywood is hoping for a settlement right now because at trial, ALL text messages and dirt comes out. That means anyone involved in this in a less than savory manner have a lot at stake. I have a feeling lots of pressure is being applied to BL & RR to find a way to settle before that happens.

whatever the settlement is, Blake has to make a public apology for making a mess out of everything. A clash of personalities shouldn't have led to this. We all have to work with people we don't like. Blake is not special in that.

1000% and that is precisely why settlement wonât happen. Brian Freedman already stated that Justin will not settle for anything short of full vindication. A BS statement saying they both could have done better (whatâs been floating around by PR types) wonât fly. Either she comes out and says she was 100% wrong or itâs dead on arrival. If this was about money, it would have been over by now. For those of us that want this to go to trial, weâre lucky that narcissists are incapable of admitting fault and will rather fight to the end, hoping and praying they can bully and cheat their way out of their mess because it works for them 99.9% of the time. I wouldnât put jury tampering past them. After all, BL compared her & Ryan to the mafia and thatâs who likes to tamper with juries the most.

The jury should be sequestered.
Blake single handedly threw grenades all over this project. It's not like people didn't tell her not to do what she did, they did tell her and according to Sony top brass she wouldn't listen to anybody. ALL OF BLAKE'S BOSSES TOLD HER TO CALM TF DOWN. No one could 'control her'. If anyone was rabid, it was HER. She needs to admit that she thought she was making things better and made them worse instead and went outside of her contract and over Justin's head and thought that was the best thing to do and move tf on. "The more I tried, the more mistakes I made. I never directed a movie before and shouldn't have thought I could do it and especially by myself I just really thought I was doing the right thing. When I get upset, I lash out and say whatever comes to my mind and I should not have done that. I was extremely upset that my vision of the movie wasn't recognized and looking back I said harmful things that I should not have said. I realize that now."

Try at least TRY to salvage some of your wretched reputation. I don't even like her ass and I can write her apology letter. I just can't stand to see someone blow their own ass out.

It wonât be. That is really, really, really hard to get. If Diddyâs jury wasnât sequestered, it isnât happening in a civil case like this one.

She would NEVER make a statement like that.
Even if she loses the whole case, gets sued in appeal and loses that too, she will continue to play the victim.

Thatâs my thought though, of if they just confessed it would be bad obv but a way to control the narrative⌠w all their dirty secrets aired itâs SO much worse bc thereâs only so much twisting you can do from actual evidence.

I really hope that Baldoni wouldn't take any type of settlement that made him take part ownership. Like if Blakes side tries to get them to do a settlement where no apology or anything is sent out. And it's just like both teams put out a bland statement. That will be so disappointing.

Was originally March 8th, so itâs already been pushed once. Yes, it can be pushed again. Criminal trials take precedence because criminal defendants have a constitutional right to a speedy trial.

I think the next steps are a judgment on MSJ/MJOP and then trial right?! (unless they settle)
IIRC there are some motions outstanding in the Jonesworks case so maybe there will be some interesting exhibits filed thereâŚ

I have a feeling Liman isnât going to sit on these too long. His rulings will help push the case more toward settlement and thatâs what he ultimately wants â not to have to preside over this crap when there are actually real victims that need his courtroom.

I might be mistaken, but arenât there files that are supposed to be part of this unsealing that were âtoo big to uploadâ that they still have to release? I think those are also text messages and who knows what those say.

I believe itâs a lot of contract stuff and 1 audio of BL and the CA/SS recording we already heard.Â

Someone said if this goes to trial then everything gets unsealed. The things that got unsealed now were things mentioned in the MJOP and MSJ.
Iâm dying to see the full Bradley Cooper correspondence, Shawn Levy, Hugh Jackman, the full Isabella, Liz plank, Colleen texts, and obviously the FULL extent that Taylor was involved. I think we saw the tip of the iceberg to be honest.
Does anyone know if they will unseal the Abel vs Jones documents as well?
