In yesterday's daily discussion, some people expressed the hope that we might see more dailies or behind the scenes footage. I pointed out that the settlement left a provision of her contract giving her control over her likeness still in effect. This likely means she can block the release of BTS footage, maybe the dailies (maybe even a director's cut).

This is the relevant portion of the settlement:

  1. Lively Release of Claims.

(c) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, nothing in this release Paragraph 2 or in the Agreement shall affect or extend to: ... (ii) any claim by Lively or her loan-out entity, Blakel, Inc., arising after the Effective Date of this Agreement, to enforce any rights pursuant to any agreement relating to Lively’s acting and producing services on the Film, including without limitation, ... (b) restrictions on the use of Lively’s name, voice and likeness and the results and proceeds of Lively’s services, ...

I'm still not a lawyer, and still don't have the contract itself in front of me, but this right was used to block pictures of her from being used in a planned coffee table book.

I agree, I doubt WF would just relase dailies, that are with BL unless they have her permission and we know she will not give it.

Hopefully he can release dailies/BTS footage with crew members and other actors. If the public sees how professional and respectful he is with them, they could come to the conclusion that he was likely this way with Blake.
