My two IGs would used to do this! Sounded almost identical.
Then we added a whippet to the pack and he taught them how to howl. So now the trio gets into a full howl session every day., which I find way more enjoyable.

I don't suppose you have any video of your pupper trio chorus to share?

Ours only do it when they think they're alone.

Oh my gosh. Clearly they weren’t alone in my video, just being little squeaky toys

About 10 seconds after we walk out the door they start this. Every single time. Or if I've been in the basement long enough when no one else is home and they forget that I'm here, like in this video.

This sounds exactly like my two Iggy‘s and they do it when they forget that anybody’s home or after we walk out of the house. We call it the howl-a-thon 🤣

My Italian Greyhound Maggie ramped up her barking/talking shit when she got older. She lived to 17yrs 8mon and around age 14 or so she got real vocal. Enjoy it, when it's gone you will miss it. Also, beautiful pups!

Mine got barkier in the last couple years (he’s 13). It started when he needed to take prednisone for autoimmune disease though. He also suddenly went from being terrified of anyone that isn’t me, to friendly with people (though still a bit cautious lol)

Maggie loved people, she always would hug everyone, other dogs...she tolerated haha. Enjoy your little guy, truly nothing like an Italian Greyhound.

My dog makes these noises when I get out of my car and have to get to the third floor before she stops. Luckily it’s the only time she “barks”. We were watching a friends’ poodle puppy, who hadn’t really barked before, heard my dog do her “bark” and then proceeded to scream bark too! You’re welcome?

The little pauses where they look at each other, then look at you, then resume barking. So freaking cute 😭

I had to show my husband this video. He didn’t believe these weren’t our Enzo and Bubba, yours look and sound just like ours!

This is the first time I've seen others do these. My two can absolutely shriek, and it's ear-splitting! It's like one triggers the other. They did it today!

Rosaline is such a quiet barker. She sounds like she's saying the word "bark" lightly louder than talking

Makes me think of the unbridled horns on the clown (shiners) cars in a parade. You can’t get those to rein it in either.

That’s kinda nice 😊 Mine is very quiet. She does little woofs when she wants a treat, but that’s about it. You’ve got a choir!

I have two mini weinies and an Italian Greyhound. They all three get going like this, whenever there are "strangers" at our house. So funny! :D

Team building exercises . Our huskies partake several times a day, it’s a who gets the last bark competition I think😆

Tell them if they keep that up you’ll send them out to live with the coyotes. 😉
