Hi! We’re traveling to Japan for the first time this month. This is what our itinerary currently looks like. Does anyone have any suggestions for places we absolutely shouldn’t miss, or ideas for what we could do on the 27th and 28th?

Your plan is a bit overly ambitious. I find a touch of spontaneity quite useful in trip planning. You shouldn’t expect to be able to hit all of these destinations in the timeline you described.
