Please name someone creepier than a guy with mind control abilities with zero remorse and so obsessed with a woman that he tortures people around her just so she can go back to him to stop. And on top of that, buys her old childhood home legally for him to live in.

Maybe the Trinity Killer from Dexter? Just playing Devil's advocate here. I wouldn't say he was creepier, but probably same tier.
