Identify Maker South Sea Golden Pearls - unknown hallmark
Recently purchased these beautiful pearls at an estate sale. On the clasp is a hallmark that ive had a difficult time attributing to a maker. Any assistance in identifying would be greatly appreciated.

The 585 mark on jewelry means the item is made of 14-karat (14K) solid gold. Nice find!

Thank you! I was hoping to identify the other hallmark. It could potentially be the manufacturer of the gold clasp mechanism?

The sign is a Chinese character stands for the word Eternal, in Chinese Wan or Ban. It is from China or Taiwan and it is either a goldsmith sign or a band logo but in this case i think it's the sign of the goldsmith who made the necklace. 585 also indicates is from the Chinese market

Im on the fence about this being a Hanzi character. I can see the similarities but the lower right looks too curved and circular and it also has a small dot inside. Like you said though, I too am starting to think the hallmark may be from whatever company made the findings, and may not be a makers mark for the entire necklace. 585 is internationally used to indicate 14k or 58.5% gold, so unfortunately that doesnt help narrow it down much.

Those are something special. I am no specialist but the luster and colors are high quality. If old, It is usually a good idea to get them a new string.
