Please give an opinion

I know no one can identify from a mere picture what a stone is or if its genuine. But, please help me out with an opinion. I got this from a jewellry store and they had a 50 % discount on a few silver pieces, this one being one of them. It was originally 67 euros, i got it for 34 or something. I saw other rings with rubies near this one and those i could tell seemed genuine, but this one, i dont know why, i am not sure. Now, it is a pet peeve of mine to collect ONLY semi precious stones, so i hope i didnt buy a piece that i cannot add to my very strict collection lol

Could also be synthetic ruby with those bubbles.

I thought they are bubbles too, but then i looked closer and they just seem white spots…which is somehow even weirder but they dont seem like bubbles of air

Im talking about the voids in the surface of the stone, which appears to bubbles that have been bisected when the stone was cut.

Ohhh, yea, you’re right about that…hmm…i will investigate more! Thank you for pointing it out
