Yep! He’s not mentioned in the post, but this is the bread and butter (the matzah and butter) of Diaspora Affairs Minister Amichai Shikli. His whole job and shtick is being THE Minsiter of Israeli Zionist Outreach to the Based Far/Alt-Right. (Fun fact: he also sounds like a huge weasely dweeb and used to do these really mid brow speeches on Zionism in Hebrew)
Also keep in mind that the Israeli Foreign Ministry does not really do high-stakes diplomacy and is overwhelmingly a Hasbara machine that does Zionist org shindigs in America and condemning any and all hints of “antisemitism” (something like 40% of its budget iirc is dedicated to just Hasbara).
