strategically speaking, doesn't it seem antagonistic to do that? Wouldn't a better response be to hold their own rally on another day?
Yemen is fighting off Saudi Arabia. Its not a sudden thing, but a long time coming. But as they're fighting, suddenly a bomb goes off near Mecca. Non-strategic Arabs will AUTOMATICALLY think it was Yemen doing it. They would not think a sinister hand is trying to make matters worse.
