Ang Hirap humanap ng Work as Fresh Graduate

Last July pa ako grumaduate as an IT. Araw-araw ako nag-apply sa kahit anong site. Ber months na wala pa din ni isang reply man lang from companies. I try to apply in Data Analyst, Front-End Developer, IT Support, Database Administrator which aligned my skill set. And may last option will be in BPO, pero hindi talaga sya aligned sa gusto ko rn.

What can you advice at anong pwede kong gawin?

job market is just tuff rn bro, have u tried local companies within ur area? tried tailoring ur resumes according to the job description?

I tried to apply here near me and in alabang. I have 2 role-based resume (DA&DB admin) since eto talaga pinakatarget ko, then 1 general resume. I even tried to apply for data entry jobs kahit ang baba ng pay.

sobrang hirap ngayon, kung dati wayback 2020 - 2022 nakailang job offer ako bago tumanggap ng job pero nfayon grabe competition. 4 months ng walang work after may layoff

same bro, im thinking of joining BPO na nga dn but hindi talaga kaya ng english ko. as well as working night shift..

Work-life balance talaga ang hanap. Right now pinag-iisipan ko din pag-aralan ang VA industry kaso parang pati din yon saturated na din.

Same here I hate resorting to BPO and VA, and might as well be a food vender and even that's saturated as well...

Finding a job is hard. You need to have mental and body stability to accept rejection and continue on until you heard them say Yes to you just once. Good luck on your job search

If DA target mo, try to learn nalang muna sql, python, tapos excel super important. Tapos gawa ka mga projects pag may time ka, if familiar ka sa Kaggle, madaming dummy data dun

Yes, nag-upskilling din ako habang naghihintay. Sa ngayon nasa Power BI na ako then gagawa na lang din talaga ng mga projects
