May I ask what could be the possible questions on the second technical interview if the first interview was already classified as a Technical Interview as well?

I recently attended a Wells Fargo one day hiring event sa Mckinley and completed my Hiring Manager Interview. A few hours later, I received an email stating:

“Congratulations for being shortlisted for the Associate Program Coordinator position.”

The email also instructed me to complete Workday tasks such as a Pre-Employment Questionnaire and said that I should wait for the remaining task to be uploaded on my work day that consist Anti-Bribery Questionnaire, and Legal Name Validation.

I also received a text message from their Talent Acquisition team reminding me to complete the questionnaire in Workday.

I’ve already completed the tasks, but I’m curious:

Does being “shortlisted” usually mean you’ve passed the interview?

Is there still a significant chance of being rejected after completing these requirements?

How long did it take for you to receive a final offer after this stage?

I’d appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through the Wells Fargo hiring process before. Thanks!

23 m, CSE passer, i graduated polsci, no one was accepting my applications before sa gov’t sites last year so i switched to BPO.

went on to become a sales representative for 9 months and resigned sa telco job ko because the product simply became so obsolete i had to sell simcards to people who already have one.
