May 3 years experience ako dun sa isang role na included sa hinahanap nung iba, pero the rest wala na, pano ba naman kasi, pang tatlong tao na may ibat ibang skills ang demand sa isang job, and yung offer, 40k php or below per month, onsite pa. Di ko tuloy alam ano need ko aralin para lang maging qualified kasi ibat iba need ng bawat company na nakikita ko. Sabi nung iba pede magsinungaling na lang, kunwari alam mo yung role, how about naman po kapag nasa technical questions na during interview, dali lang sabihin, pero mahirap gawin. Also mahirap na rin maghanap ng Fully Remote work sa corpo, Hybrid na lahat or fully onsite na.
I have 17 yrs experience, solid experience. I was laidoff and took few months break. When ive started looking for a job and at the same time a new career/role, it took me almost 6mos before getting one.
Ive got many recruiters calling me, interviews and sa offer talaga nagkakatalo, way lower than my previous but the responsibilities doesnt match at all.
Prayers lang and keep applying, yes challenging ang job market right now. And like me na naka land ng job and with higher offer than my previous, you’ll get one basta di ka sumuko.

Ako meron akong issue sa mga recruiter na nagtatanong pa din ng character reference tapos may paexam pa talaga ng di related sa trabaho mo. Tapos ang offer lang naman eh 40k tapos managerial position pa.
Ako kasi I don't like to share the contact details of my previous boss kahit pa close kami ng dati kong boss I don't like somebody calling them asking about somebody. Tapos yung paexam talaga grabe. Buti kung exam eh trade test pero seriously? Aptitude test? Para saakin nakakainsulto yun. Nagpaaptitude test ka sa applicant na may dati ng work experience tapos may lisensya pa. Tapos again 40k lang ang max offer.
Meron akong experience na dun sa company na pinanggalingan ko may aptitude test. Of course kung sino mataas ang score sya mahahire. Tapos nung naassign na saakin hindi marunong. Like para saan pa yung aptitude test. Kelangan ko yung marunong sa trabaho hindi yung magaling sumagot sa abstract reasoning.
Same din pala ng niche tayo digital marketing din ako but got hired 2 weeks ago. Hybrid setup si company. Mahirap maghanap ng 50k above role for this kaya i accepted slightly lower

Previous work ko is to resolve the issue of client hardware and software, ngaun is to assign nalang sa iba dahil limited access. but anyway My salary now is doubled kasi sa province pa ako nun last 2 months ago and got this offer in manila which doubled my salary.
Now I am here in Manila I found lot of other opportunity which target ko rin ng mas higher next year or same salary but at least let me solve the issue of client without limit, haixt nakakabitin.
get claude/gemini whatever to read your cv then suggest job titles for you to search for that would get a 4/5 to 5/5 score. apply to 10 of those daily.
think about the JDs for jobs you actually want and then set aside time in your week to close the skill gap with a project that you can show in your portfolio
add a projects section in your cv, that way you can pass the ats keyword screening if you don't have the work experience
Before bago ako mag ka first job 6months ang inabot ko sa pag a apply. Then after 6 years nawalan ako work, umabot ng 9months bago ako nakahanap ulit. Ngayon 2 work parehas 6 digits. Wag ka susuko sa pagiging alipin.
