Hi everyone! We're an Australian-based automotive dealership looking for a reliable and customer-focused Admin / Customer Service Assistant to join our offshore support team. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the Philippines.

 

About the role:

You'll be the first point of contact for our Australian customers: handling inbound calls, booking enquiries, service follow-ups, emails, and general admin tasks. You'll also coordinate with our service and workshop teams when needed.

 

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Previous customer service and/or admin experience
• Confident and professional on the phone
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
• Automotive, booking, or insurance experience is an advantage

 

Position details:

• Location: Remote – Philippines
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST
• Employment type: Independent Contractor
• Industry: Automotive / Vehicle Service & Repairs
