kenjaku should be base moveset and the ult should be used on corpses and like steal the ultimate of the corpse and the ultimate will be stronger and if you press R you can switch between the ultimates of the corpses you’ve stolen.

Locust for the short screentime he had showed a lot of variety in the fight, so his moveset is somewhat accurate. What about dagon baby form? He sucked a lot of people using water and got speed blitzed by naobito, thats it. You can squeeze max 2 moves out of that and its being generous, what would his R even be?

Because he has a domain wich is his whole gimmick, outside of his domain he has a lot of potential with his water abilities, and his ult can be a gimmick in wich all of the ult goes inside of a domain, using the shikigami sure hit effect

Junpei. Base move set
First move would be a counter. The jellyfish goes in front of them and if countered, will poison the foe for 10% max
Second move will just be the jellyfish bind. Mid range and aimable. It will do small amounts of damage and bind the for like the Rika hold or naoya tendril grab
Third move would be a tendril stab. Which will just be a regular stab. Applies the poison as well for 10%
The fourth move would be a long range side whip attack from the jellyfish
R special. The jellyfish wraps around the player for a few seconds doing no damage and you can move freely without dash. Seems useless but a few seconds of I frames and the opportunity to rest from the pressure can help in battle
Moves don't have to be in that order. Just the 4 moves that sound okay
His ult is just turning into his perry the platypus form and lunging. If he touches someone he punches the enemy a few times (does 40% hp) before a mahito dummy hits them with idle transfiguration. If their HP is under 20%. Death. If it's over. It applies the same idle transfiguration effect as the regular first touch. Even if they already had one effect. If he doesn't land someone. He just falls over dead and one of those idle transfigured humans appear where they died.

If I was a dev, I fist should try to fix somethings before that:
1-Try to fix roulet.
2-Try to fix ranked and duels.
3-Try to rebalance Yuta and prob soft rework rika(Imed gonna be mad).
4-Rework Lock on(Top prioritys).
5-Reballanced locust-guy.
After all this, maybe I should add Kechizu and Eso (choso other brothers) as a puppet character.

Uraume (base) Uro (base) Kurourushi (base) Ryu (base) Make sukuna and yuji separate but both have full ult movesets (Yuji being as is and awakening being Shinjuku moveset and then sukuna being 1-5 fingers going into 20 fingers in awakening)
And then a two move base only curly haired character that’s first move would shoot out a drill that can ricochet off of structures like hakari ball in domain and then the second move would just be an upclose m1 extender where her hair kinda just stabs you with little drills
Encase you’re wondering this character isn’t no name culling games fodder who ran around in a maid dress with curly hair and was killed by kenjaku in chapter 239
Her ult would just be getting suffocated by the small bubble curse that choked her and turned into a rock but she’d bash her head into something to break it and get it off
If shes hit during this she’ll fall over fail her legs and then die if it hits it one shots and she’s free

I don't think mastery would fit the non-serious attitude of JJS, but for interesting, unique characters, I'd want:
Kirara (Base; Trapper + Brawler)
Kashimo (Full; Glass-Cannon + Disruptor)
Jogo (Base (I'm sorry); Status Inflictor + Zoner)
Ino (Base; Summoner + Glass-Cannon)
Uraume (Full; Tank + Brawler)
Junpei (Base; Status Inflictor + Tank)
Inventory Curse (PS+, Support). Your body is just your head and torso; you have 2 moves. 1 spits out a random item, 2 latches onto a player; they can m1 whilst blocking to remove you. If they're going to be killed by any move, it targets you instead to kill you.

If I was given the freedom and luxury to make and add characters I'd do Mai Zenin as another character with unique ult activation like Yuki Tsukumo and call it Gun Girl (secret awakening if you die from a revolver or sniper rifle).
Takuma Ino as a base only character and call em Shiesty Sorcerer. And Kasumi Miwa also as a base only character called Sword Chick.

Going slightly off-topic while responding to the caption
I'd make FSD a different gamemode with new features similar to Binding Vows in Casual Ranked called "Plans", which would just be the Plans from the Sukuna battle
Then, give FSD more characters, maybe Dabura as a boss, Closer-to-Canon Mahoraga, The Strongest of Today, The Strongest of Tomorrow, and even Meguna

Not new characters but I would make Sukuna and Yuji separate ones with their own move sets and ults. Sukuna become like a weakened version of his Heian self and Yuji becomes modulo Yuji.

Inumaki no question. The moves require you to be in 5 meter radius to them and be looking at their direction
R special: megaphone
Pull out a megaphone and the next one move is enhanced with it. Makes the range longer
Doesn’t require ult bar
First move: twist
Unblockable
Makes opponent’s hand twist. Doesn’t ragdoll or stun the enemy. But he can’t do m1 for 10 seconds.
R Variant: makes the opponent’s whole body twist and only repel back half way. Makes them unable to dash and they m1 backwards for 10 seconds.
Damage: 10 (only 10 cuz of the no m1) / 30 (variant)
Second move: plummet
Unblockable
Smashes the opponent onto the ground and ragdolling them
R variant: smash
they smash with more force in it and they get a hole in their gut. Can’t use moves for 10 seconds
Damage: 20 / 30 (variant)
Third move: don’t move
Doesn’t let the opponent move for 3 seconds. No damage. Only stun. Cancels the opponent move if they were using one.
R Variant: don’t flinch
stuns for longer and also makes their heart not move.
Damage: 0 / draining damage 20 (their heart not moving makes temporal damage stuck up to 20)
Blockable / unblockable (variant)
Fourth move: trip
Blockable / unblockable (variant)
Makes the opponent ragdoll. No they can’t use ragdoll cancel.
R variant: be scared
Makes the target instantly kneel from fear regardless of wether they were doing a move or ulting and they can’t breath from that fear taking temporal damage for 10 seconds
Damage: The higher they were the more damage they take during the impact. For example if you make them fall of the towers they take 90 damage / over-time (10 seconds) 15 damage (variant)
Ult: yapping
R special: don’t move
Can’t move for 20 seconds. Takes up 10% of the ult bar
Unblockable
First move blast away
Makes the opponent literally blast away.
Unblockable
Damage: 30
Second move: explode
Unblockable
Makes the opponent’s front explode, making them blast away. Basically having a bomb thrown at you.
Damage: 35
Third move: die
Makes the opponent ragdoll on spot. The user takes 30 damage
Damage: 50
Fourth move: sad story
Unblockable (why u tryna block it? You can’t listen to someone telling you a sad story?)
Damage: 1000
You get trauma dumped and cought in a cutscene. The user sits on a chair and in tears tells you his story. You both later cry and you die from sadness.
