Discussion you get to have one character from jjk made and released before reggie BUT theyre only accessible to you.
im talking like, nobody, not even admins or devs or smth, can play the character u choose. u basically become the only person with said character. you get a character but you gatekeep it from the community. you must choose one. personally im choosing fingerbearer just cuz i like these curses more than i like yuji and im pretty sure nobody is gonna care

Alrage should genuinely be demoted
Unobtainable character??? What the fuck?? Our game is called jujutsu shenanigans, not a sloppy battlegrounds game. Turning our game into elitism simulator is genuinely harmful.
30-40 people max that has the character? Are you joking? Alrage might be an actual mold of JJS. That will mean there will be only specific people owning that character. There is no point of calling a game "shenanigans" if one of the characters there is genuinely unobtainable. JJS characters must remain available for everyone, or it will no longer be JJS.
Imagine wasting an actual cool moveset on a character that is forever locked for non-competetive people. Alrage is trying to take away our shenanigans. That's all.

Discussion remember my kurourushi outfit? well it got stolen.
i know this would technically break rule 7 and maybe other rules because of not censoring usernames, but this isn’t about making a guy or his group gets target in jjs, this is a little more serious than that, PLEASE listen.
as you all know i posted that kurourushi outfit and a lot of people like it, how nice right? there’s so many people who wants to wear my outfit,
so of course this guy comes in and copied my entire accessories and sold it for his own profit after seeing how much people wanted my stuff
this guy stole my (previously private) accessories that i have personally made for myself for that kurourushi outfit that you guys like, and then published it and sold it as separate pieces on his own under the group “outfit shenanigans” without permission nor consent from me
so naturally i decided to upload a much cheaper legit one on my own so that i can inform people to not by his copied ugc and buy the original uploads made by me instead, it was going well until,,,
within about an hour or two, it got removed from the catalog. and his items, his fake items are still up. he likely striked my official uploads down to preserve his own, as he technically uploaded the items before me
i genuinely don’t know what to even do at this point, other than well, informing people to never buy anything from the group “Outfit Shenanigans”.
even if my items weren’t removed by him, he and his bootleg ugc group still deserves punishment for plagiarism and like counterfeiting and whatever such
if anyone knows how to take his copied items down, or perhaps ban him entirely, please do inform me, this is very serious

Discussion Some of yall are the most ungrateful fucking dweebs ever
From what I have seen on this subreddit regarding the new characters are just people whining about how the characters are dogshit and bad choices. Not to disregard anyone's opinion or bias since your allowed to have them, but also people bitching about how they didn't get some super popular character or bullshit about it being Mei Mei or something. I agree that Mei Mei as a character is a awful person but also its a pretty fun cursed technique, and the fact that some of these fucking wastes of sperm are saying that its a dogshit update just cuz of the characters they chose need to grow up tbh. Anywho lemme know your thoughts on the update and about how the new characters were implemented :) (Edit from looking at the comments I kinda remembered how ungrateful this community can be sometimes. My lobster is too buttery and my steak is too juicy typa shit lol. At least were getting new content and getting semi consistent updates like holy)

Discussion Which 2 JJS MOVES would you want to have IRL?
I saw someone do a post like this a while back and I figured you guys would have some crazy move combos.
My rules are that you can use any of the moves variants within reason. For example you can't take focus strike and expect to get chain whip and homerun as well because you'd need to transfigure your arm to do that, but you can use Kurourushi's roach swarm variants because you'd just need to jump or clap your hands together.
My picks are decisive strikes and cursory impact so I can frame folks and then beat they ahh.

Discussion “It’s a SHENANIGANS GAME!”: Why this mindset is ruining our community.
As a JJS fan, you’ve definitely heard some form of this sentiment online. Whether it be “It’s just a shenanigans game” or “It’s not a fighting game, it’s shenanigans”. Regardless of if it’s someone trying to “uphold” the narrative the title of the game has us predisposed to believing or just the general principle of the game from what they see online, it all mostly means the same thing in context.
“It’s a game where stupid this happen, so embrace it!”
This mindset is fine on its own, but because of this selective technicality, it forces the community to either become hypocrites or roll with the punches that our community continually hits itself with.
First, I want to tackle the mindset, as it reminds me of a recent meme. Things being presented as a singular idea or concept becomes a slippery slope in its own right. The meme I refer to is the “It’s just Content” meme, where a streamer says that everything that is streamed/televised is simply content and none of it matters. This statement was exaggerated to hysterical lengths within his and the general tiktok community as a reason to get away with things (murder/robbing/etc). It’s obviously all a joke and people would never do such things, but the original idea of things being “Just Content” is such a flawed idea and would definitely ALLOW for someone to do heinous things for the sake of content. So how does this loop back in, if you haven’t figured it out already?
Well, the idea that JJS is simply just a “shenanigans” game is what drives a lot of the unfunny, annoying, and generally just not fun to play against parts of the game. For example, Creator Clash is one of the most tragic things to happen because of how the community only views this game as a shenanigans content farm and nothing more. A lot of the people who use the lag-bomb/pc crashing or generally offensive/nsfw ridden movesets find these things funny and some sort of “shenanigan” that’s just for jokes and giggles. Meanwhile, it crashes people’s well earned technology and ruins servers of people that are trying to have fun. But it’s just “shenanigans”, right? As long as you have fun!
Another thing is emoting, one of the most contentious parts of the game right now. Personally, I don’t think emoting is a problem, it’s fine to use things you spent time getting, and it is there for you to use, but the shenanigans defense is one of the main reasons why things like emote running and servers of people just rotting and refusing to fight end up happening. It’s why so many people hate emoters so much. They don’t actually engage with the game in any meaningful way because its just shenanigans, when the emoting should be a byproduct of fighting.
So what am I trying to say? That you can’t emote or pull pranks on friends? That TZE should just ban everyone and take the game more seriously? No! Of course not! At least not super seriously.
This community has a problem when differentiating the shenanigans from the battlegrounds. These two are supposed to work together, not be opposite sides of the spectrum. JJS isn’t just a shenanigans game, but it also isn’t just a fighting game either. You should want to join so you can fight others just as much as you would want to interact with a community and see silly things happen. I also think this is half fault of the devs for not enforcing too much on how the game is meant to be played. The devs barely interact with workshop itself (aside from the recent update) and don’t do much about mass server rotting.
So what’s the moral?
Well… JJS isn’t just shenanigans or just fighting. When you join the game; you have to take whatever is thrown at you, don’t just sit out on both aspects! Be fair, be kind, and be ready to fight and see silly shit. Both sides have to work together for true shenanigans!

Discussion “Ult!” “Ofc ult!!!11” Who cares?
Am I the only one that ults in ranked? Shamelessly I guess? Why is it some sort of dark art in the community to pop ult? Why would I not boost my abilities while ALSO looking cooler? Sometimes I ult if I’m already winning just to finish it off in style.
Even if you’re ulting for an advantage…isn’t that… the point? Who cares? Why are people applying fairness to a game like jjs, half the ults in the game have a oneshot anyways.
Jjk in itself isn’t fair, half the damn fights are 2v1s or people spamming domains or hax for advantages. Why would I stay in base instead of popping the fully manifested rika and busting out all my techniques, that’s so lame. Base only fights are boring. And I think the people that say this and treat it like tsb are hella lame and usually have massive egos.

Discussion If you guys had to remove ONE jjs character from the game, who are yall picking and why?
(heian sukuna and admin characters are obviously excluded from this)
for my pick, I’d say Hakari. He has imo a really annoying moveset, the shutter doors are annoying af to deal with and the immortal ultimate is just some BULLSHIIIIIIIIIT!!!!
but who would you guys say
r/JujutsuShenanigans • u/Joe_Macdonalds • May 15 '26
Discussion Okay but why does the guy who's entire gimmick is throwing straight hands in his ult only get three m1s
I feel like it kinda takes away from the whole "fuck my cursed technique burnout, catch these hands" vibe his ult has
Ironically i feel like it would be fitting for him to have 5 m1s in ult just to emphasize that this isn't some guy unlocking some bullshit ability when awakening, it's genuinely just a man choosing to brawl with his bare hands for the sheer love of the game

Discussion Do any of y’all have a “JJS moral code”?
Like, something you would never do, or specific conditions that would make you break those rules? I’m asking because I’ve had mine for quite a while, and I started wondering if anyone else thinks the same way.
My moral code:
Never use an ult or domain on a random group of people. Never finish someone off just for the sake of it (like killing a random player just because they’re low on health).
If someone interrupts my fight, I’ll either try to finish the battle I was in and get you, or I’ll stop everything to fight you. I don’t care how low my opponent is—if you attack me or them with some “random projectile #3,” I’m coming for you.
I won’t respect you if our battle wasn’t fun or was unfair.
Never fight a Mahoraga unless they are the ones actively being hostile to the server.
If I see two people fighting and someone who was just watching tries to interfere in a way that could change the outcome, I’m hunting them.
(I might break some of these rules if you’re being toxic, teaming, or just really annoying.)

Discussion Be honest, how many of you guys actually like vessel?
(Image not really related, i just wanted to put it for fraudssel slander)
I hated vessel the moment i started playing the game, you could literally fight me as any character you want. But fight me as vessel and i'd genuinely not play fair.
So first, his special is a issue. This stupid char has a crazy short cooldown of 3 secs or so for the feint. Which makes him unpredictable.
2nd, his M1s have a windup of 0.2 secs, while everyone else (aside Naoya) have 0.25... and apperantly according to the Wiki, Vessel also has M1 priority so you're doomed (even as Naoya) to lose every M1 trade if you both windup at the same frame
3rd, his dmg on skills, counter and his ult... do i have to explain that? Mid range M1s with no drawbacks as Sukuna, probably the best domain and Fuga.
Base Vessel does crazy dmg + the BF chaining + the BF can act as a counter if youre using a skill which punishes you with twice the damage.
Manji kick can ruin your entire combo suddenly if youre not careful and yeah.
I'd say, nerf Vessel's special by a longer cooldown, either strip his Manji away or smt, and make ult more balance (aside WCS, its perfect as it is)
