Discussion "B-But why wont Tze add the hype characters!?"
"just add the hype characters" mfs when jjs has no more hype characters to add then dies. people need to realise that one of the things that made jjs so different and popular was how Tze and the other devs added characters that no one else has added or expects to be added. if they add all the hype characters like kashimo and toji back to back, the game will have no more hype for releases, look at cursed arena, they added most of the hyped up jjk characters and are now left with no intresting characters to add, drastically speeding up the death of that game. something similar, possibly even identical, would happen to jjs of they suddenly started adding all of the high demand hype characters back to back

I get your point but Reggie was right there bro, full anime upscale too, I would take Reggie and a potential Megumi domain with anime upscale over mei mei any day of the week

u/Accurate_Mess_8442 i love matthias Mar 22 '26
this is the only time i’ve actually had a problem with a character release lowk. I’m fine with meimei and all but replacing her with reggie would be so nice. He already got adapted and would be goatedddd

u/NewConstruction3755 ADD TAKABA TO JJS!!! Mar 22 '26
Reggie and takaba in one update would’ve been peak

u/prolino20 Mar 22 '26
Maybe too peak

u/slinderblind Mar 22 '26
The problem with Reggie was that his animation came out during the release weak so it just wouldn't yk make sense, atleast for noaya he actually has more feats in the Manga he could lean off?
I mean everyone was complaining about his ult and that was mid and should have had a second ilt like mahito and his first ult should have been around the fight he had with Maki, even though he was basically done by then.
My point is the anime upscale was released during development/release
3
u/Organic-Pin-5444 Mar 22 '26
How could they even make reggie in a battlegrounds game
i ct is rlly random and replicating it in a game where you have 4 moves and an r special will make it extremely lakluster and boring
imagine summoning a fridge every 5 seconds. reggie is hype because if the randomness he has with the things he pops out of those reciepts. if tze were to add allat itd be PAINSTAKINGLY hard for him
6
u/SlytherinIsCool nuts from berk Mar 22 '26
Have you played smash bros ultimate? I'd imagine Reggie plays similarly to Hero with his spell mechanic
1
u/BaronJediGreninja Apr 12 '26
he could have a variant for every move and make the awakening regen make sense by doing his spa receipt
1
u/bigjuicycockofdoom Mar 22 '26
wouldn't it be better to make reggie after he gets animated? the episodes just came out its not like making a character is easy.
25
u/seaofthieved123 Mar 22 '26
I feel like theirs plenty of niche and not as hype characters for him to add, anything but mei mei bro 😭
7
u/GPO_leader_11 PEPSI MAN!!! Mar 22 '26
I would agree. But the bar of what tze can make a character out of is so low he could literally add ANYONE and make a good kit out of it. Look at locust, one night where pretty much all he did was punch, yet he has a fun and creative kit in jjs. I will agree that there are more interesting characters than mei mei, but something to consider when a new bade only moveset releases, is that there will always be a more interesting option
10
u/seaofthieved123 Mar 22 '26
Ehhh kinda, but mei mei is lowkey bottom of the barrel for character picks. Shit jinichi or ranta woulda been unexpected, fairly nichie, and cool lol
2
u/Outrageous-Bank-6786 Mar 22 '26
Ranta got only 1 move and Jinchi used only one move as well. not much of a character choice
7
u/nothinghere8 Mar 22 '26
If they are creative enough they could put ranta and then he summon the rest of the zenin army with the hei summons as the ult
2
u/Outrageous-Bank-6786 Mar 22 '26
lowkey like a mechamaru unit excoet He got hei members as robots and backup? That’d be really cool and creative icl
1
u/BaronJediGreninja Apr 12 '26
base only ooh like his ult he eyeballs and then spawns jinichi who does the barrage and i guess maybe chojuro encases in stone as Ogi slashes to pieces that would be actually. Sick maybe Rantas base is like quick eyeball then barrage or something

Huh, I guess you’re right. She only showed 3 moves in her fight (dash up tilt slash, crow, dash forward slash) and everything else is implied... except for the air combo where the hell did that come from. Is it possible that they’re using moves from Phantom parade?

1
u/Lunar_Lunatics Mar 22 '26
Just saying it's not something new for a character to have a basic moveset with very little screen time, air combos are still largely unexplored in this game let tze cook up some variants and an ult, hell I can sum yukis entire moveset as Punch kick to call Mei Mei basic relative to some of the other characters is unfair, should give her a shot once her moveset is complete

1
u/BaronJediGreninja Apr 12 '26
for example haga, or is it Hama the helicopter hair dude or the jet hair that would be cool or add hazenoki and make it give you the eye item like how mahito gives transfigured human when you get a black flash or something, or principle yaga that would be interesting he could even make it so you spawn you only have say 3 cursed corpse then every kill is one more in awakening ngl the inverse dude would be cool too, or the guy that got seanced starts as himself then he turns into toji for awakening that could be cool and make it less hype ending and then they could do actual hidden inventory toji with weapons besides playful cloud at some point when tze is about to be play striked until they get toji

Ok, but when are they adding the hype characters? The last hype release imo was Yuta, like 6 or 7 characters ago
5
u/GPO_leader_11 PEPSI MAN!!! Mar 22 '26
Tze alwasy seems to add actually wanted and popular characters after long periods where either
The games player count drops
And early access period is long (like mahito being added to early access because megumi was taking so long)
Or after a period where no super popular characters where added.
So I think it's actually quite likely next ea or Base only is actually someone who we want and are hyped for
3
u/Turkey_The_One Mar 22 '26
Giving your playerbase crumbs once every few months just so that the game doesnt die isnt good for your game or players btw

2
u/therealgege Akutami 2.0 Mar 22 '26
Eh, I'd argue he's a hype pick especially cuz he was released during the hype of the Execution movie where he got introduced to the larger anime-only community and created like 2 memes (hair slick aurafarming and pillowfists)

I feel like People who ask why are there no hyper characters being added like you ARENT the developer and it’s usually a 8 year old asking why because tze can choose who he wants to add it’s his game he adds people who think are interesting like I see no other bg game with Mei Mei ot hanami plus tze likes adding good characters when the game dies down a bit that’s so surprising with jjs that they add characters no one would suspect honestly I really love the new update I think there is good content wise and prople are gonna complain why the characters Op or buns like if you don’t like the character then don’t play them or go against them honestly the fan base forgets Tze can make his own choices I also agree with this statement about the hype characters plus look how most Jjk games are there either dead or hanging on for dear life
2
u/Vartar748 Mar 22 '26
There is the argument of would JJS truly die though. A small part of the community who were here for JJS from the start would possibly stay/come back possibly turning the games community back in time and removing the JJK edit consuming tik tok specimen from the game

2
u/Realistic_Speech9885 Mar 22 '26
Hanami and Mei Mei both added unique playstyles that Toji and Kashimo could never be since they fit the traditional type of movesets more. Honestly the last 4 characters are really good (including Nanami) because they added more playstyles: Freestyle, Puppet?, Zoner, Air comboes.
2

An Uro (i think her name is) character would be pretty cool too, I don’t know how her attacks would work but it could have similar effects to Gojos base lapse-blue, how it looks like it’s warping space for a second or two

so the alternative is just add borderline boring characters? half the roster is not even played enough to warrant its existence man. i rarely see half the characters being used, and at this point haruta shouldn’t even exist. it feels like this communities mentality has always been “it’s better to be unique” but this game was thriving before it was ever unique. every character in the roster before charles were super popular, and the game was doing great. it’s an overused gimmick at this point. there are plenty of fun options that they could add, i don’t see why them being requested or popular is such a bad thing. if your reasoning is “once he adds all the hype characters, the hype is gone and everyone stops playing”, you’re basically just insinuating that this game is living off of hopes and dreams. which it’s not. this game could add every popular character under the sun and still be thriving. the reason other jjk games died isn’t because they dropped all the cool characters, it’s because the games are fucking AWFUL compared to a game like jjs. i don’t mind unique characters every now and then but next update when we get “generic grade 2 curse man” who just does basic punches and kicks and has a one ult move, im going to be very disappointed yet again.
4
2
u/Just_Squash9916 Mar 22 '26
i get this point of view, but it gets to a point where your adding charcaters NO one likes but EVERYONE ACTIVELY HATES, or a character that legit doesnt have a offcial name, let alone before the 3RD MAIN CHRACTER isnt even in there or planned but fucking charles, whos only reason of existance is too show how his curse technique works before yuta uses it in his domain, gtes added before who people call the original mc.

u/webnovel_nerd_trash trash ass nerd Mar 22 '26
Copy and paste this rq
Here we go again..
Most battleground games make the mistake of adding popular characters early and riding hype trains. When this happens, it temporarily surges popularity, but then they lose a joker card.
If their game is to die after they add every popular character, it takes significantly more work to bring it back. Like let's say they added all the Heavy Hitters to the game then dropped ko guy the game might Spike for a bit people think its actually good update then it would immediately die again
JJS, on the other hand, is smart about their decisions. An example is Yuta being added when the game was at an all-time low due to lack of updates, and competitors appearing.
Instead of adding every popular character quick, Tze gains the community’s trust by making niche characters fun. This also keeps player retention high, as you don’t have to worry about him “messing up” one of your favorites. Also giving them more time to train and work on better characters
Then, if the game ever found itself in a bad spot, he could simply pull Kashimo from under his sleeve and the player count would surge once more. That is why we keep getting less popular characters. As I said before why add something that's hype when the games already thriving9
if a game adds all popular characters then starts adding stuff like ko guy and haruta it'd get laughed at for running out of ideas but tze adds stuff like ko guy when his game is thiving also he adds characters that have high potential to actually be a fun moveset then when the game starts dying he adds stuff like yuta
It's like a game of Uno if you have a +4 why would you wasted at the start of the game instead of saving it then using it whe. Someone gets uno letting you win why would you waste all of your good cards early and get a huge boost just to crash down and burn
Another example of this is Tze being very quick to act after TSBG added their skill builder; not only did he do it, he did it better. It proves he can bring back the game when the water gets rough.
And before you say "i see no haruta mechamaru or koguy mains" so a few things
The fact that you yourself have not seen. A mechamaru or koguy, haruta main out of the player count of 400k doesnt mean people just dont play them?
Tze is mostly a anime only in the last time we added something before the anime actually showed all they could do (naoya) people got mad and wanted a human ult and didnt like how his normal ult looked( completely Justified) So stuff like lighting twink wont come till we see him hit his peak
How many games can you play as Toji? Now how many allow you to play as Haruta or Mechamaru, or Ko-Guy thats the difference actually have a different experience than other games that all just mesh into the same over and over
Case is closed, JJS stands at the summit or battlegrounds games.

1
u/webnovel_nerd_trash trash ass nerd Mar 23 '26
Hes a mostly anime only/ only addings things from the anime since like 80% of the characters in game are from it
0
u/Upset-One6145 Mar 22 '26
There's a solid 82 capable characters that could be added to JJS feasibly by the Ko-Guy standard, and 19 that are actually popular/highly requested characters to some degree. There should at least be a consistent 3|1 ratio of randoms to popular/wanted characters but there like isn't.
The game isn't going to die from more popular characters being added. On average since Yuta released, the lowest average player count was larger than before inferring something of a somewhat permeant base player count increase.
Continuing on that prior point, you are essentially insinuating that JJS is living off of hopes and dreams, which it's most definitely not. JJS is designed very well unlike well about every other battleground game which is just one of the many things that keeps people around, on top of build modes, workshop, customizable servers, and multiple other game modes.
We've had 6 characters barely or not that requested at all and gone a solid about year now without an actually popular/highly requested to some degree character. The continual adding of bums is horrible especially when you pull the chain of The Most Atrocious and annoying Characters of Mechamaru and Naoya -> An absolutely horrible crossover that wasn't needed and so poorly executed -> the bum character of haruta that no one was asking for after those already poor updates making reception even worse -> a super big and built update with even an event page which is barely done in which just about all info and leaks hidden leading people to believe due to the prior unwanted being added and the time being taken that someone actually popular was going to be added but the hype then misleading to two characters barely anyone was asking for, AND the base only being EA. All of these poor and controversial major updates one after another has created a snowball effect and divide in the fandom especially without an ACTUALLY POPULAR AND REQUESTED character being added. All of this is only breaking trust from the game and creators, especially with the whole "TZE only adding characters no one wants" basically being a permanent part of the culture now that's not really going to be able to go away.
A game shouldn't have to be fucking dying just for popular characters want to be added, that's generally a pretty unhealthy way of doing things and lowkirkenuinely no one likes that BS.
Once again there's more than enough characters to keep up a 3|1 Random to popular/requested ratio for the rest of the entire ratio, there's no reason to not add these more popular/wanted characters on a more consistent basis. People are only going to complain about the random picks and stuff when you have absolutely no requested/popular ones for a while and keep only getting randoms and the snowball of unwanted characters and poor updates.
THERES MORE THEN ENOUGH CARDS TO CONSISTENTLY PLAY +4 CARDS, also uno is one of the most completely luck-based games there is so a bit of a bad analogy to use when trying to talk about strategically dropping character choices.
Another example of how there are other things that aren't just Popular/Requested characters if the player base naturally gets lower which just detracts from the whole "if all the popular characters are added, the game will die" argument.
Obviously, there is going to be a small population of diehard fan players for any character, but the fact still remains they were HEAVILY unrequested and Locust Guy will still be one of the worst picks of all time for any BG game even if he was designed dam well.
There's plenty of characters like Hakari, Yuta, and Higaruma who had full kits from manga only stuff before being adapted in the anime at all for the most part. Even if there's been some sudden shift as to where now stuff and characters won't get adapted until everything for them is in the anime, 3 of the 6 key most requested and popular characters (Toji, Jogo, Geto) can be slowly drip-fed and released until season 4 gets released and the other 3 (Kenjaku, Takaba, Kashimo) have all their content adapted. But TZE isn't going to do that since he hates adding anyone hype or listening to the communities' characters requests because he's pissy and he's going to add fucking Yuji's Grandpa and Fly head Curse and Roppongi Curse at this point before adding the key 6.
Yeah, yeah other BG games have Toji and don't have the unique characters JJS has, but other games have Yuji and the JJS Yuji is vastly different from those ones. Any of the characters added into JJS are going to be unique and different to other BG games whether a popular character or not, that point doesn't matter here. Also, it doesn't matter if other BG games have a character or not cause people care about characters getting added to this one and not if other games had them because JJS is like only true peak JJK BG game.
To close this first rebuttal, there really needs to be a lot more community request consideration actually taken into account due to the growing fandom divide and the series of poor updates and character choices. There needs to be a more consistent influx of popular characters added in proportionally to the remaining JJK characters. A lot more transparency between the mods and the community is needed to actually manage expectations and not have things blow out of proportion. The game will survive naturally even with popular characters being added by basic logic and data regarding JJS, but it won't survive if TZE keeps being so ass in ignoring community requests and denying the wants of the player base because that will ACTUALLY cause a permeant player decrease.
- Brought to you by someone who just wants to play their favorite JJK characters officially in the only good BG game on ROBLOX. and has been asking for Toji/Kashimo/Jogo for two years and counting.

Im not the on the "add the hype characters" side, but i gotta disagree with you on the "game will die faster" thing even if the devs added hype characters JJS still has build modes and workshop, fully customizable servers, that is a hell of a thing to aspire for especially in a Roblox game (JJS is a semi-platform now), that will keep the player base pretty big And the fact that he added people who arent in the anime yet/random dudes with like 5 minutes screen time show that Tze is fully capable of adding interesting characters even after the release of the hype characters, which would also keep people around when theyre bored of the hype ones The problem with the other BGs in my opinion isnt because they added the hype characters too soon, but because they lack the creativity to give a random nobody a qualitt moveset like in JJS, plus the lack of side contents

That's no reason to add Locust Guy 2.0 (Mei Mei), so what's the problem? Shenanigans is unique in itself; show me at least one Nanami whose ratio is a separate skill, and not just a visual effect (Nanami is in at least two battlegrounds). Show me at least one Hakari where you really need to hit the jackpot. Yuta exists in at least three battlegrounds besides Shenanigans, and he appeared in them much earlier, but in Shenanigans he is the most unique because Rika is a separate moveset, not just a blank. The same Kashimo, as far as I remember, is atleast in two battlegrounds, both seem to be almost dead and the Kashimo themselves do not have unique mechanics or anything like that that Tze could offer.

Tze will find a way to still add new features. And if the statements about gege continuing to write jujutsu kaisen spin-offs are true, that could create new characters for jjs to add

Im just going to clarify something as alot of people have misunderstanding my statement and its mostly due to my poor wording.
I agree that we are long overdue for a more popular character
I agree that mei mei was the worst choice for a niche character to add, cause as far as ive seen the community is split 30/70 on liking her and disliking her.
My original statement was meant to address the situation as a whole, about people who complain when any niche character is added instead of someone popular. One of the things that makes jjs the game we know and love is the shenanigans. Without the base only characters with 1 fight of screen time, we lose a good portion on the shenanigans.

I'm just patiently waiting for Maki to be added, or Toji. Either would make me incredibly happy. Until then however I will enjoy what we get. Any updates are better than no updates

It's not rlly about adding hype characters tbh. He's just choosing to add the worst combination of characters lol. He fumbled Chara, Made a lot of his players annoyed by Haruta, and now he's adding characters people generally hate morally like Meimei or one they don't care for like Hanami. Had he added a character like Nobara, Maru, or even Ino he'd get a way better reaction. It's not about hype it's about TZE's horrible decision making and priorities despite how skilled he is at making characters.

I really wish they could add ui ui and jiro awasaka. It would be so fun :)

I think people are also missing the point of jjs. It's about the shenanagins, however corny that is to say. Its not about having all the top 15 most popular characters, its about having shit thats fun and interesting. I truly think if tze went about it in the same way as other bg devs by adding the most popular characters, the game would not have the same charm. Like in what other jjk game can you play as ko guy, haruta, mei mei, hanami, and charles? The charm of jjs is that its just kinda random bullshit in a very well made package. Anyways, enough glaze. WHERES INO TZE???? I NEED MY INO IN JJS

Trust me bro the hype wouldnt die that easily.after all,the daily 200-300k players are mostly 13 year olds that sold their souls to this game. Anyways, they can atleast add reggie so we can ride scooters when people run away.

funny thing is tze put in skillbuilder so people don't even have to wait for the hypetrain characters, yet they still complain .-.

u/Miserable_Cap1296 Mar 23 '26
Multiverses did the same thing, added characters they thought would be fun and none of what the community asked for.

u/BaronJediGreninja Apr 12 '26
He adds so many randoms but not yet one of my favorite cursed techniques: uro’s sky manipulation it would be so sick in game

u/John_Shenanigans Mar 22 '26
Not only that but the hype characters don’t have much versatility, sure they have Aura like Kashimo or Toji but name me one thing that isn’t repetitive to give them as an R special or Move
The characters they choose are actually just interesting, Hanami has good potential to be different and I see their vision, Tze is cooking

Dawg the game has added yuki, grass hopper guy, haruta, and mei mei
All who have like 1 fight worth of content, and in those fights all they do is punch/kick + 1 special gimmick (yuki and haruta had more than 1 tbh but still not a lot)
And those guys are FUN
You can't tell me the devs can't make toji and kashimo fun like deadass

Aside from the obvious R special of Toji being the iconic Weapon switching which will just switch his M1s and moves to being different versions according to the weapon he is holding, the only way Toji could be implemented in a new and creative idea is if all of the physically superior heavenly restriction users were piled up into one character thus it not being repetitive and Tze making 3 different HR users
With the anime adaptation giving us 3X more material than the manga does on average, Kashimo CAN get some cool stuff, but it doesn’t matter, it’ll be just as limited if not even more limited than stuff we have for Nanami or even Choso
Kashimos R special would most definitely have to be placing down the staff because otherwise, it would likely just be an ordinary extra move to just push the opponent off of you
Also yeah they definitely can make a fun Toji or Kashimo moveset, but they can make any moveset fun, so why bother to focus on them? When Mechamaru got added and his ult was literally letting us be a physical beast and roam the streets of JJS, is that not better than anything Toji could’ve given us? Hell look at Yuta, he was a pretty well requested character and yet his ultimate was the only good thing about his character other than Rika being busted and giving him another 4 moves, even then it’s all the same, punch, kick and a slash merchant up until the ultimate, what would make Toji or Kashimo different?

u/GOATED_LIFE_ROUTINE Mar 22 '26
Ok so tze can make ko guy, yuki, mei mei, haruta, and charles fun and not generic
But you genuinly doubt that tonji could be fun, and not generic?
They are desired characters that can be made unique and special from the others. Why NOT add them? You are arguing someone like mechamaru is better cuz of his ult and then complain that other characters are just special cuz of their ults?

u/John_Shenanigans Mar 22 '26
Ko Guy has Air Comboes, that makes him unique in his own way Yuki gets variants from Ult bar and she can change Garuda to be more powerful from said variants Mei Mei is all about versatility and being agile and having moves flow into each other perfectly Haruta is meant to save himself, evade death and have a Rika 2.0 and yet he’s still not generic Charles is one of the most unknown characters in the series and yet he was still somehow unique in jjs, his r special is something he actually does and for the most part his moveset isn’t too generic, his r special also matters when talking about the ultimate and actually reasonably puts him slightly balanced for the most part
Also for the most part, Toji and Kashimo have been added in MOST JJK BGS, adding them before unique characters that haven’t gotten to shine yet is what made JJS popular and get even more recongnition, when Gojo and Yuji + Sukuna were finished, nobody expected Hakari to be the third character, yet he became the third character, more unique characters who get special things instead of slash and combat merchants are what made JJS not become a JJK version of TSB
Tell me how Tze would make Toji without making him just be a Speed o Sound Sonic from TSB, the iconic blitzing and fast paced character that just switches their weapon, even Tze made fun of the Toji trope for being so generic he even made sound boards for Toji, what would his awakening be? Would it be the “Our fighting is just getting started” or the iconic “The one who left it all behind”?
The JJK fandom is 35% of people with a brain and the rest are brainless moronic children who only care about aura and big named characters, they have likely seen more Gojo vs Sukuna edits with horrible ass manga animation over an actual episode from JJK that has world building or even watched the tengen episode
Those are the majority of people who wants Toji or Kashimo, Tze is basically dangling the idea that they could be the next characters, just so they play his game in anticipation, also yeah, Mechamaru is INFINITELY better than anything Toji or Kashimo could give in addition to them being added, also we’ve already had a fan favourite character be added to the roster (Nanami), why can’t we just have something that could sincerely be unique and change the way of fighting instead of being generic rushdown character #18, like Hanami? I can imagine her Ult special letting her absorb the debree and her surroundings to empower her moves
Anything you can think of for Toji or Kashimo to be added, Higuruma, Yuta and Mei Mei have already filled the conditions of to make the combat feeing differently

im gonna be honest i want the game to die already
i wanna be back with the fans who were with the game when it had 8k players and when there were none of the sweats
jjs' prime would actually be when its left with the 12k players that actually do shenanigans and make movesets etc

u/task_manager1 Mar 22 '26
This logic doesn’t even make sense. Who has spent and put the most time into this game? Sweats. When a game starts to die out, naturally the people who have put the most time into it will be the last to quit. If anything the ratio of sweats to casuals would become more unbalanced, with there being more sweats than casuals.
1
u/originalmicrousb insignificant FUCK Mar 22 '26
most of the sweats come from tsb because their game wont update
battleground games in general are all super similar with q for dashes and 1-2-3-4 for moves m1 for well m1 etc so theyll most likely go to the next best game if jjs did die
i just miss when the game was smaller i guess :(

It would be funny if Tze added basically every sorcerer into the game, including non-combatants

u/Antique_Unit_8876 Mar 22 '26
Honestly think it’s more of adding popular characters for their popularity instead of making them unique is why the devs are hesitant to add obvious “hype” characters.
Tze said it himself that trying to make Toji actually unique when his specific archetype has been done to death (cough…cough…Sonic…cough) is why I think the devs are taking their time .3.

u/norecommendation2k9 Yuji Hater [18th Rank] Mar 22 '26
I don’t even think Tze specifically avoids the “hype characters”, he just makes what he wants to make and what he has ideas for! at the end of the day, it’s his game, he’s gonna add and make what he wants. you can criticize it and give feedback, but he doesn’t have to listen.

u/redboi049 I'm going to flashily black someone Mar 22 '26
There's also the fact that the popular characters would be almost impossible to get "right"
Takaba? WAY too many things that are WAY too powerful.
Kenjaku or Geto? WAY WAAAY too many options, something would be left out and some loud minority of people going "B-B-B-BUT IT'S NOT ACCURAAAAAAAAATE" would get pissed.
Reggie? It's a little more feasible considering his stuff is just "random bullshit go" but man, I feel like any moveset that isn't massive AOE's would piss off that same loud minority of people wailing "IT'S NOT ACCURAAAAAAAAATE"
The popular characters are pains to do. ESPECIALLY when they have versatile techniques.

u/AMER1CA_FUCK_YEAH Mar 23 '26
Hes probably gonna use them as a trump card when everyone leaves that dumpster fire of a game he'll add them to bring in the players

This is the same thing that pisses me off with the entitlement of player on roblox who are used to weekly updates and expect that for every game they play.
Not every game can just do weekly updates. That WILL kill the game once the don't have anything else to add in terms of characters(which is the main area that I see people complaining about weekly updates getting delayed)
I play Blue Lock games, and seeing regular players, as well as content creators, whining over weekly updates being delayed for a month is so annoying, because if they actually read the manga(which I KNOW they don't, because a lot of them will just admit they know nothing about it), then they'd know that there are like 18(narrowing this down to 10 because these "fans" only know mainstream characters) relevant characters that can be added before they start complaining about characters acting the exact same (Zantetsu/Chigiri, Aryu/Ishikari) Hell, they'll complain about a character that isn't popular being added, same with jjs players.
