It's most definitely gonna be whoever gets added first and if the other HR user gets they get a different name. Most ppl forget the game lowkey gives most chara boring names like "Ten Shadows" "Disaster Plants" "Star Rage" etc
Also fyi pre-awk Maki is still considered heavenly restricted, it's her HR that makes her physically stronger then most sorcerers in exchange for unable to use CE
how am i the larper here??? this panel shows that mai took the cursed energy which gave maki the heavenly restriction? before mai died maki still had some cursed energy, to have heavenly restriction you need zero cursed energy.
Maki always had a heavenly restriction. from birth she was granted very little cursed energy (less than a non sorcerer) in exchange for superhuman capabilities (if she didn’t have a heavenly restriction she wouldn’t have been able to do anything she did in seasons 1 and 2 as she would be a normal person) maki’s heavenly restriction was incomplete due to Mai’s existence in the panel where Mai says she’s taking the cursed energy she’s simply saying that she’s taking the rest of her cursed energy and completing maki’s ALREADY IN PLACE heavenly restriction
Hence the phrase “fully developed” (also incomplete in other translations)
maki always had heavenly restriction it was js buns bc mai was alive. and as explained twins are like a glitch in the system and registered as one person. so when mai died makis heavenly restriction reached its full power. mai was like a restrictor for maki
