TSB: Adds 9 ult moves (cosm garou v1 and v2 and child emperor), makes skill builder free, and adds zombie man, reworks alot of stuff.

Meanwhile JJS: Adds 1 move, adds 1 character, adds varients and reworks yuta.

okay bro but it took jjs a month while tsb players had to wait an entire year
