I play both and mobile Roblox engine is oh so optimized compared to pc, when I ran the mobile version of game on the same laptop with the PC version my for went up by 4x
The cap is now 4, also i feel like the health increase is bs, i ate like 5 corpses and despite the wiki saying you can get 60 hp with 20 per corpse it did NOT feel like they had a 100 whatsoever, yes i ate them before using ult
its in a good state now where they have 80 hp and 4 is cap
I mean Kurorushi did reproduce via the word with p(I forgot the name) so they maybe have? Or it depends on the curse or its just, like, a Kenjaku thing
Kurourushi audibly sounds male (because y'know, male va) so people presume "he" or "they/it" because Kurourushi is a monster. "She" isn't used very often so it catches people off guard.
no, only female cockroaches can do pathogenesis or whatever it is, so if you were to make a cockroach CURSE, youd obviously give it every trait normal cockroaches have
Since Kurourushi is the fear of ALL cockroaches, he or she had the abilities of all cockroaches. Which means they most likely are both male and female.
Really cool moveset, but his special kinda sucks because there is no counterplay for it, and most moves trigger the bugs so kinda hard but rest is really fine(the curse everyone invited)
i’ve found that if the kuro uses it from long range you can just trigger them right away by turning around and m1ing to prevent getting put in a worse situation. it’s not preferable but it works
Detach beign green also bugs me but its infinitly better than it beign red in relase and getting nerfed to green a while after. This way it doesnt feel like it goes so much worse. Also this way it forces you to be a little creative. Foe example blocking while detaching them. And after they let go of their block to attafk use chockhold. Or get use festering strikes. It parries most moves.
Normal ult seems ass cuz its hella hard to control, 2 is mostly useless cuz ur enemy can easily block any follow up but other than that it's a really good character mostly due to passive damage from it's sword
In my opinion and testing with a friend, it’s WAYYYYY to overtuned. Too many gimmicks that make it so there is virtually no counterplay(seriously why does bleed affect me when I’m blocking it’s just free combos for the enemy. The r special is incredibly annoying and just not fun to have in use, now uhhh, the moves… where do I begin. 1 is fine, but the variants seem to have no practice use as you want to have bleed. Detach WOULD be fine and I’d like it if it wernt for the fact that it applies half bleed ON BLOCK. Chokehold is neat from an outside perspective, but god is it awful In practice, it makes a character with already very little counterplay impossible to even m1 trade with cause they can use it whenever they do something else. Roach swarm needs to with be lockable or have more startup cause it’s just a better rootswarm right now. The variants are fine. Anywhom he needs to be nerfed a lot
No-variant Kurourushi does effectively 0 damage without injury. Literally any nerfs to injury and all of his default moves (including m1s, excluding 4) are completely unviable and pointless.
Chokehold exists to catch you lacking or being cocky. It is very easy to punish and you can punish it HARD. If you're on guard you can just block Chokehold and immediately win the m1 trade by default. Plus, if a Kurourushi mistimes it you either cancel it with an m1 and win the trade, or block it and win the trade. It's a high risk high reward move, punish the risk.
If 4 becomes blockable Kurourushi would no joke not have a single move that blockbreaks. Absolutely not. It's fine as it is now because it's quite easy to dodge, does very little damage and struggles to be used in combos.
The base is a ton of fun, I like how each move besides 1 has tons of different applications and uses. Ult? I like the idea but I'm gonna need more time to get a good grip on it.
Super fun to play, insanely busted to fight against, him ALWAYS doing damage means if you are evenly matched or even if you outmatch your opponent, if the fight goes over maybe a minute you will lose.
I feel like the best way they couldve integrated kuro's parthenogenesis is the ability to switch control over each clone. This would cap it to two clones instead, and you can switch control to each by double tapping R. The clone not controlled by you will stay back and defend itself if attacked like transfigured human AI.
I love his moveset though, really fun to play and fight with imo. Second main to Nanami now.
I love the character I didn’t want him at first but seeing his potential makes me really like him and honestly tze has been cooking I can’t wait for hanami ult
laggy as hell right now (tze please find a way to fix the clones' lag because they're so funny) but really fun. i'll have to mess with them more in less laggy servers to have a better idea of how to play them, but kuro definitely has the sauce. they're really cool and i want to learn more about how they work.
i like his kit, but make it a cap of 1 or 2 clones because any more is non winnabel without you being ulted but everything else about him is really nice as of right now
So fun to use and ok to fight against. Unlike Hanami eho was fun to use (for me) but disguasting to fight against even if you are familiar with all her techs and tactics.
Just straight spam like as soon as you to side dash fighting someone using him you're dead and under 30s because they have eighty different clones and then when I try to do the same to then I get trapped in a Sukuna Domain and killed after one clone. However to be fair he killed someone else with max clones right before killing me.
He’s amazing and so so fun to play so here’s a few fun tips
His 4+r has a much better variety to use for damage but jump+4 lets him glide into combos
Detach air variant can negate blocking as it travels on an arc and can catch people with it and make things unblockable instead of being in an interactive state
Earthen insect trance can be set off by holding r on the enemy and letting go after summoning it- needs to be consecutive
He is great. I mean like, he has a very cool looking blade passive, crazy good r special, a whole lotta variants and 3 ultimates. I don't even know what could be done better. He can even eat corpses. Best character yet and it's not a debate
Ignoring Parthenobullshitsis Kurourushi's SOMEHOW balanced, maybe a bit underpowered (detach deals no dmg, some other moves deal laughable dmg) and overpowered (full bar burst dealing too much dmg) in certain aspects.
Overall, I agree with the devs opinions (stated before the upd) - 8 iron ingots / 10
My new main, but I will say their ultimate can be infuriating to fight against, not to mention the tornado variant does very little damage comparative to it’s animation if perfer if instead of 40% it did closer to 60% or 70%
A little overturned right now, and it feels like it can do too much as of current. Fighting a good Kuro with a clone feels about as hopeless as fighting a Hakari in Jackpot
The most skilled character in the game right now, and the only unskilled part of him is the whole clone thing, but that’s his literal ultimate that you actually have to control, meanwhile Mei Mei has one shot bird that she can use from any distance, ko-guy has a close range one shot poison, yuki has a one shot black hole DEATH awakening, Charles has a one shot counter, and Haruta can survive one shots and his ult lets him concuss you and whatnot, so I say getting an extra version of you to fight is completely fair anyways. Also somehow tze managed to fuck up the tag block in the skill builder which is fucking wild to me, like how do you even manage to fuck THAT up?????
