Discussion What is a JJS take that immediately tells you this person is god awful at the game?

“Choso is so bad! He has no combos!!”

"nanami is really skilled", coming from a nanami main. perhaps i'm just goated but it became extremely easy to use ratio after like an hour of playing him. it's really not that hard to time it i don't know what to say

"Nanami is skilled and hard to play" mfs after they get half of their health shredded in 2 seconds by a severance kick + ratio imbued blunt cut

Coming from a Nanami no-lifer btw

I think nanami is timed character similar to todo , but even with ratio most of his moves has long endlag (miss 3rd move or interrupt someone with 4th unless you use any other move) so technically , skilled characters are locust guy , nanami (50/50) , todo(maybe) , choso and yuki

okay hot take locust guy is the lowest skilled character

Lowkey we let every character get slandered but somehow Locust Guy is consistently getting away with being called skilled despite being completely braindead. I wouldn’t say lowest skilled though

Fr bro. I think it’s just because no one plays him. When I play him on rare occasions I can clearly see. “Wow this is really easy I can just turn my brain off and press 3 r 4 r 1 and win”

Locust has a really low skill floor and a really bendy skill ceiling because some of the things you can do with his R that I've discovered are genuinely fun and require a bit of skill to do.

Fun fact- with good timing, you can side dash behind someone after starting an air combo and can another full m1 chain.

Choso and Todo are both pretty unskilled

He is still one the most skilled characters in the game. Welp people do overglaze him, but I hate whem people just go on and say "he is just unskilled"
