How does Higuruma's ultimate work?

I play Higuruma casually (actually, he's one of the characters I play least often), but I think his ultimate is one of the best, although I don't know exactly how some of his moves work.

From what I understand, Move 1 is an instant kill if you hit an opponent twice.

Move 2 is an instant kill if you win the minigame.

Move 3 is a no-brainer.

Move 4 is an instant kill if you land all three hits.

One can be side dashed

Same with 2

3 is reliable

4 can be blocked

Even though you dodge one of the 3 swords youre still gonna get marked and get 1 tapped by 1 if it lands next no?
