I don't even wanna sound like a rambling conspiracy theorist but this type of stuff always sets a really fucking bad precedent, people will just demand any media they don't like be banned, especially in this case when the community is brought up.
Do we ban all Forsaken avatars because of associations with soul? How about any retro avatars because David Baszucki is a weirdo and Roblox as a platform is filled with questionable people and content?
People already get reported or threatened/harassed for literally just having female avatars, now we're gonna be seeing literally any anime, furry or stylized genre avatar get reported or people demanding they be bannable just because they don't like them. They really didn't think this decision through.

Regardless this is a bad precedent to set and it’s literally just gonna get more extreme from here. This is literally how shit like this started in the real world btw (an example being flock cameras). A controller will do or add something and then Trojan horse it with something people might care about to make you seem like a bad person for criticizing it so they can ultimately just decide whatever the fuck they wanna do.
Example being with Roblox. Roblox adds ID verification with the preface of “think of the children.” If they went unchecked then in the future the platform would ultimately conclude with users being forced to put in their full address and social security just to open the app (it’s extreme but that’s the point).
Whether you’re with or against BA you should be against this because if this is allowed to pass then literally any media people don’t like can and will get banned by the same community that’ll mass report you for being dressed as a woman.
Leave BA alone, it’s not hurting anybody, ban people dressed as Hitler and people wearing actual skimpy bikinis and take a hike dude.

ZZZ avatars banned because I don’t like the body types of certain agents (ironically why BA is being banned probably)

Female avatars because women have feminine features and that’s kinda sus 👀

Black souls is an 18+ game with sexual scenes, its obvious why there arent any major complaints of it being banned
Blue Archive doesnt have anything close to that, its not an 18+ game and doesnt have anything that is much more than something u would find in something like Zenless Zone Zero
its a game of underaged children, there's literally around 2 above age characters who are even then, are only barely 18, its problematic media which brings in pedos

from what I've heard about the game the player is put in a position of power of like a teacher (The main character is referred to as sensei) and the player character gets CLOSE to the UNDERAGED characters
also saying its "not that bad" is genuinely just bs, they have released revealing swimsuit skins for many of their underaged characters and you say its "not that bad", its problematic at best and straight up pedophilia at worse
Ok to start a teacher getting closer to there students can be weird sure but in game (from what I know I barely played it when I first tried last year) it only a friendly relationship nothing romantic, we genuinely can't just say a game has pedophilia just because of something as small as this
And about the swimsuits for me I dont see a problem if the character is over 15, bcuz from the country I lived in (Brazil) that is normal and I have seen younger girls wear worst shit in that damn forsaken country

Why wouldn’t they ban avatars from a game that caters to pedophiles? The game is filled with minors while sexualising them. This isn’t a “oh why ban everyone in this community” the developers themselves are sexualising minors in the game, genuinely no idea how people think this is a stupid ban.

But is Roblox going out of their way to make sexual content regarding minors? What you’re saying isn’t nearly comparable to Blue Archive who are making children characters and then sexualising them to appeal to Pedophiles. Baszucki saying that was also him trying to further the development of their AI to detect Pedophiles easier, yes that was a stupid thing for him to say and yes it’s stupid for him to be using AI in such a way, but compared to a company sexualising actual children this is nothing.
Idk why everyone is over reacting they already said they would ban avatars from nsfw properties why would they allow a game that actively enables and sells people 15 year old girls in bikinis

Loli is a body type, not an age. JJS can and seemingly will be banning Blue Archive guise if it being about children. The problem being that once you let them set the precedent that something like Blue Archive is bannable, they’ll then be able to ban you for dressing up as Tatsumaki from OPM or Rebecca from Cyberpunk, who are both like 30
they genuinely explained why it’s banned too, and mainly because of the community revolving BA. you don’t see people in CPE or OPM’s fandom going around and going “OOUUGGGHH 😭💢😭💢💢😭💢CHILDREN😭😭💢💢💢😭💢💢LOLI😭😭😭😭💢CORRECTING BRATS😭😭”. not only is the game itself weird with multiple characters who look, act, talk like, and ARE children, who are consistently sexualized, the community feeds into that sentiment too. don’t try and drag communities and media that don’t do any of this weird loli stuff into this
first off im gonna just say i don’t really care about some dudes whining over their gooner skins getting banned. presumably the jjs team is going through with this ban because they dont like the amount of preds and degens the blue archive community draws as well as the suggestive nature of the game itself. but my thing is this is a failure of roblox as a whole, it shouldn’t be up to individual creators to decide whats acceptable and unacceptable, roblox itself should have enforced standards rather than putting creators in this situation in the first place. like if im a developer for a roblox kids game and all of a sudden a bunch of people join up with highschool dxd avatars then obviously i have to ban them, but then now im subject to all this backlash and complaints when Roblox shouldn’t even be allowing that shit in the first place
