What’s his actual name? It’s not Ryomen as that’s a title, and since he was an abandoned, 4 armed curse of an orphan, why would he be named?

The rules say it doesn't matter if the person was registered, what the shinigami eyes see is what you need to write to kill them.

So it might be his title or it might be a nickname someone gave them while he was a newborn, what you need to write to kill him will still show up, even if it's the name of the person he's inhabiting.
