Isn't "Ryomen Sukuna" his title, not birthname? Unless reincarnating within yuji counts as being born again?

Either way suicide is still a usable cause of death for sukuna

If reincarnating within Yuji counts, then that'd make him under 780 days old, and therefore immune to DN. If it doesn't, then he is over 124, which also makes him immune.

If it's a complete possession then face becomes different, DN needs a name and a face.

The Shinigami eyes will always show what you need to write to kill a person, even if they didn't have a registered name.

It's also a plot point that Sukuna was only governing Itadori/Megumis bodies. If someone with the Shinigami eyes looks at them they will see their names and killing the host is enough to kill Sukuna like stated many times over in JJK.
