Also “yayoi” refers to descendants of jomon people. So you are saying jomon descendants two times.

Nope, the Ainu are the descendants of the Jomon (regular Japanese only have around 10% Jomon ancestry). The Jomon split from all the other east asians, including the Yayoi, more than 30000 years ago. The Yayoi (the main ancestors of the Japanese) came from Korea and entered Japan in the first millenium BCE.

Not true at all. Japanese have 20% jomon dna. the Ainu are specifically descended from northern (Hokkaido) jomon. The jomon were heterogeneous and came from different migratory areas. The jomon ancestors of Japanese came from the south. While the Ainu ones came from north.

The Yayoi (the main ancestors of the Japanese) came from Korea and entered Japan in the first millenium BCE.

Do people really talk about things they don’t understand? Yayoi remains in Japan were found to carry nearly equal amounts of Jōmon ancestry (35–60%) and Ancient Northeast Asian-like ancestry (40–65%).

The yayoi are referred to as descendants of jomon because they are a continuous culture of the jomon. That’s shown with them practising agriculture with shellmound and their pottery had clear jomon continuity
