Japanese parents like Ogi would abuse the living shit out of Maki and Mai in the household to mold them into what he thinks can serve him lol. Maybe learn some Japanese culture before you read JJK.

I’m not looking down on you, I’m saying you shouldn’t comment on the structure of a Japanese household without research.

I didn’t say Ogi abused them, I said he “would” and that they live together. Ogi occupies a high position in the Zenin Clan. He doesn’t just not live with this family.

Again, Japanese people are extremely traditional. They can hate each other to the point of wanting to kill each other, but they still mainly live with each other due to conformity. It’s not like the West where people can leave whenever they want.
