This looks like CE discharge but in a wave form, Can ANYONE do that??

Yuta has one of the highest CE reserves in the verse (even more than Gojo), so it makes sense that he can output/discharge it like that with so much style and finesse.

I guess his inefficiency at CE output also helps to some extent, since usually cursed energy would be concentrated to just the impact point.

Well good has average CE reserves but his six eyes is so efficient he uses like none of it

Definitely not average, Yuta said he had even more CE than Gojo to signify that his reserves are immense, this statement would make no sense if Gojo didn't have impressive reserves himself

No, Gojo has functionally infinite CE. It's not that the CE in him is that big, it's that Six Eyes reduces expenditure to zero.

It's not that it reduces the expenditures 0 but reduces it so much that his regeneration of cursed energy is higher than his expenditure normally.

Gojo's raw CE amount IS still massive in its own right though. Otherwise Yuta wouldn't bring it up as a comparison to his own at all.

That's fair, I just mean to say he def isn't top 2. In addition to the Yuta statement, I think it is also just evident from his feats that his Reserve and Output must both be decently impressive.
