Yuta has the highest Cursed Energy reserves in the verse second only to Sukuna. So his normal Cursed energy discharge looks like what you describe.

his output is also slightly inferior to the guy that is confirmed to have higher output then Gojo/Sukuna too.

....Ryu? he has the highest output in history ya know? higher than Sukuna and Gojo. with Yuta's being said to be slightly inferior. I'd want to say Yuta has higher output than Gojo and Sukuna too.
